Due to our staff being less savvy when it cones to security, we have opted for not integrating DM into our regular email.

Unfortunately, I do not have any experience with this feature of DataMotion. But, I am more than positive that it would be effortless for users to use other applications, business systems, and portals through DataMotion. At the moment my department does not benefit from these APIs that DataMotion provides to customers.

We have integrated DataMotion with other APIs such as Outlook, Apple, Google and Salesforce. Through this integrations, it becomes easy to exchange emails securely among other benefits.
We as an organization have benefitted a lot from multiple APIs of DataMotion and have integrated multiple communication channels and customers' applications with this tool including Outlook and google. We are looking forward to integrate our data backup portal with DataMotion, but due to some technical bottlenecks, the project is still in the pipeline. Overall DataMotion offers a lot of integration opportunities other than just secure email, and that's really a plus point for this product comparing to other competitors.

Trustworthy and easy-to-use system
I think that more people would use DataMotion at my organization if there were better integration into our main portals. It feels a bit clunky and cumbersome to use the DataMotion technology as is. The benefits of using the technology is obvious, in my opinion, but there could be more improvement - especially as more organizations face phishing attacks and spam emails.
