- Notifications on when messages are opened.
- Simple to setup when logging in for the first time.
- Easy to navigate UI.
- Some users are confused on how to make attachments.
- Setup email will go to spam inbox at times.
- No function to reply directly from previously sent messages without creating a new message.

Easy to use secure email system
- User friendly: DataMotion is very easy for non-IT folks to sign up and use.
- Email tracking: DataMotion makes tracking emails and managing which have been opened/read easy.
- Security: DataMotion is easy to set up and is more secure than using standard email.
- It's not the prettiest site: The GUI could use some work but the functionality is there.

- When uploading content/attachments, it sometimes takes a few minutes. Would be great if it would move along a bit quicker.
- DataMotion Secure email is easily accessed through whatever email client you are using.
- DataMotion is simple to use for the recipients of a secure email, even if they are not DataMotion users.
- As a site-based platform, Datamotion can handle the transmission of very large files.
- If accessing sent emails from the Datamotion site, archiving or finding email traffic after-the fact can be daunting.
- being able to easily recall or resurrect an email sent months or years earlier is not easy & sometimes impossible.

- Their RESTFUL APIs make the transactions really smooth
- Their Customer Support is pretty responsive.
- Their DPP Portal lets us maintain our configuration but at times it is challenging.
- DPP Portal can be dumbed down for anyone to use it not just technical folks
- At times it is nice to speak to someone on phone for issues not just limited to emails
- For using API, we have to create an account for an individual. There should be a separate account for API which should be for the organization.

Long-term satisfied customer
- They are a HIPAA business associate.
- By using separate secure messaging for all sensitive info, I am unlikely to accidentally share PHI or PII via my regular, unencrypted e-mail.
- Because we use the DataMotion site, there is no need for additional software.
- The search feature is very limited. I should say essentially useless.
- Recipients cannot tell when others have been copied.

Non headache inducing way to send secure documents!
- Extremely easy to login and logout safely and quickly.
- Keeps files organized in a manner that is easy to access.
- Safely transmits private medical documents.
- The interface is not aesthetically pleasing.

Communication Appreciation
- Delivers secure email in a timely manner. There is no waiting time.
- Provides read receipts with the receiver's information available. So we know who read it and when.
- We are able to use it in conjunction with our regular email system. This helps us to expedite responses while still keeping the message secure.
- It would be nice to be able to forward a message from the "Track Sent" folder without losing the previous timestamp (from, sent, subject). This way the receiver knows that I am adding to a previously sent and unread message.

- DataMotion SecureMail's SSL format and flexibility is ideal or working with any type of your existing systems.
- Global clients can send files via emails without having to use complicated FTP clients.
- There was a smooth transition of our clients to SecureMail without training them.
