We use DataMotion to securely share information and details that are sensitive in nature and that shouldn't go over plain email. These can include text information and/or small data files. This allows us to quickly and conveniently share such information, without having to resort to other cumbersome and less secure means.
- Convenient and secure email method to transfer sensitive information and small data files.
- The search feature doesn't work very well - I find myself just scrolling back through emails to find what I'm looking for instead of using the limited search function. For example, I find I have to search the exact Subject title rather than being able to search for words that are partially in the Subject title.

Very easy to use
DataMotion is able to keep my information secure and I have much trust in the product. I [do] not have any issues sending private information for my company through the service. I have had to send social security numbers and wage information and have no qualms about it. I have not had any trust problems arise ever and I do not foresee any arising.

I have worked in several agencies/companies that assist customers moving into the various public cloud services as well as other vendor work where username, password, credentials, access keys and many more secure items have to be sent. Oddly enough, many companies do not have their mail servers, Exchange, for example, configured to support secure email. We as a company do but most of the customers don't, so we find it difficult to help them send such sensitive info internally and externally. We have started recommending them to use DataMotion. We absolutely love it. Extremely simple to implement, no negative effect on our current mail service either. Great to see a product that works and does exactly what it claims it can do. Our team has transitioned to DataMotion instead of using our O365 mail for sending secure messages.

DataMotion fits the bill
Our organization uses DataMotion Secure Email for all emails containing sensitive attachments. We also offer the option for our clients to access it to send info to us that they feel is classified or sensitive. One of the features we prize is the access to when folks have opened and downloaded from our emails. It has proven helpful many times.

DataMotion is a great encrypted email service
DataMotion secure email has been used by our primary encrypted email platform for many years. My department in IS&T uses it to confirm identity when clients need to send us a copy of a government-issued ID. Other departments use it for many different purposes, student employment when needing to securely share SSNs, used by HR to complete I-9 paperwork, and many more uses. When our department needs a client to present a photo ID but they can't come into our office, don't have a company ID yet, and we stopped using our fax machine due to the outdated technology and potential security risk (the fax is unattended in the library office when we are closed but we can't lock our counter door), we started using DataMotion encrypted email and it has been a great help since we made the switch from using the fax to encrypted email.

DataMotion is good
It is used to send secure and encrypted documents from one person to another, especially for documents containing sensitive information, from social security numbers to banking information, to private and personal information pertaining to each member of our organization. The program does a great job at maintaining privacy and security when using. We also have a large organization that requires a lot of dissemination and sharing of sensitive information, so it's important for us to use a platform that's capable of holding/hosting all of us.

We receive highly sensitive information almost daily. DataMotion has served us well. Very user friendly secure and safe. We have been a customer for years and have been extremely satisfied. We would recommend this product for businesses who need secure document reviews.

Necessary
My organization gathers personal/private information so we use DataMotion to send secure information via email. If my colleagues and I did not use DataMotion to ensure our emails are secure, there could be problems with security and anonymity.

DataMotion Review
We use DataMotion to communicate about PHI. DataMotion lets us send HIPAA-protected information via email. As a research assistant, I am able to communicate with providers about their patients' study involvement. I only use DataMotion as-needed, maybe half a dozen times per week.

Accounting For Security!
We used DataMotion as our secure email option for clients. We included a link in our email signature to allow our clients to send us secure encrypted emails. With the level of detail and sensitive information that we as auditors receive, having a secure option that was easy for our clients to use gave our clients the confidence to send the information that allowed us to make further progress on our procedures. The business problem that the product addresses is the need for a quick, convenient method to securely email sensitive data, and this product allowed for this.
- Platform is intuitive and very easy to use from both a receiver and sender of the email.
- The "open" and/or "read" notifications serve as great documentation that a client has successfully seen and obtained the information that was being provided.
- The ability to include a simple link within an email signature prevents clients from having to go through a cumbersome portal or process to send a document securely.
- Integration with a contact list and/or an MS Outlook address book would allow for much more efficient use of the email composition process.
- Allowing for integration of an MS Outlook signature to ensure that the sent email still maintains a professional feel received by the client.
- The portal/inbox does seem to take a while to navigate/get to the clicked on area.

The Key to Secure Data Exchange!
DataMotion offers fantastic encryption features and makes the encryption process is effortless, requiring no programming skills. We mainly use DataMotion for sending sensitive emails and documents to clients. It makes internal business communication smooth, allowing us to easily and securely share messages and send encrypted emails with the affirmation that our data privacy is maintained.

DataMotion: Secure and smooth ride for your data.
We have engaged DataMotion at my company for data transfers. The platform's file transfer solution enables us to securely transfer files between different sites, ensuring that sensitive information is not compromised during the transfer process. It also offers us a robust and secure messaging solutions that allow team members and clients to collaborate in a secure manner.
- It gives us a view of email usage on the network, as well as a view of all email viruses hitting the mail servers. This allows us to quickly identify and respond to any security threats and ensure that their email infrastructure is protected against potential attacks.

Trusty Platform
We use it to send personal documents and IDs to the human resource office. This is especially helpful because we deal a lot with international personnel and having DataMotion help securely transfer sensitive documents makes transactions feel a lot safer. In terms of access, it has a simple interface that is intuitive. None of the people I have used this platform with has ever had a problem using it.

I am developing a secure messaging and data sharing eCommerce system for use in representing manufacturing companies and their products (test & measurement equipment) to the medical, automotive, scientific, and government/military as customers. I needed a system that is secure and able to work with complicated quotations that are industry tested and easily adapted. DataMotion is probably the only solution out there that actually can provide all that and more for us, we have looked everywhere, and they are the best of the best so far :)

Datamotion, a worthwhile investment!
We have around 9000-10000 pension scheme members which all hold private and personal information. DataMotion allows us to communicate with clients safely and securely. Standard emails aren’t secure and DataMotion allows a new sense of freedom when corresponding online. It saves on postage costs and delays and is all-around a great product.
- Simple and easy sign up process for those who do not yet hold an account.
- Really simple sending process with outlook integration allowing one button sending.
- Great user interface when logging in and a huge storage space for both inbox and sent items.
- When opening emails using Datamotion, the hyperlink is a little large and sometimes causes concern for elderly clients clicking on the link; if this could be shortened in some way it would be beneficial.
- The account locking feature after multiple failed attempts to login can sometimes be confusing as there is no timeframe for when to attempt a login again.
- Sometimes emails don’t get read because people have to make accounts, if there was a way to login as a guest using the correct domain this would make the product even more seamless.
