I never used Datanyze to generate any reports, though some of my SDRs would generate reports based on leads with certain titles or within certain industries that the company had success penetrating. I used the product primarily to get one off emails and sometimes a phone number, my SDRs used it in a more comprehensive way.

We use a lot of regional reports to generate lists of contacts to segment for our sales team based on geographical locations. They aren't always accurate, but sometimes this data is just bound to change so it has to be expected. They certainly meet our needs otherwise and are often quite reliable.

Datanyze allows us to pull reports for web and mobile. Datanyze has the ability to generate key information within the CSV reports like # of downloads, category, alexa rank, company location and many more.

The reporting can get as granular as finding mobile app publishers in the Communication category with more than 1M downloads and has a certain SDK installed.

I commonly pull reports based on techno-graphic information to update/insert into our CRM. This information is then used for report building/analysis for our prospects/clients.

Most of the reporting that we do is not inside of Datanyze. We use other tools (mostly prospecting tools) to measure our outbound cadences and the effectiveness of our prospecting. For us Datanyze is mostly focused on just generating a list of companies that we are going to be reaching out to.

We generate reports within Salesforce from Datanyze. Salesforce imports the data and technologies used by our competitors and prospects so that our sales team can easily see what applications are being used and how they may need to be supported by external IT staff.
