IGNITE supports secure member check-ins via various methods like biometric fingerprint, barcode key tag, key fob, pin code, or name search. Electronic signing of documents and signature capture allow for paperless forms and agreements for cancellations, freezes, and waivers.
With IGNITE’s scheduling tools available for use online, gym owners can accurately track services offered, classes scheduled along with class attendance records and sales opportunities within the facility. The employee portal provided by IGNITE allows staff members to schedule appointments online or through mobile portals while identifying their hours of availability at the same time.
