Demand Science did deliver the quantity of leads without issue. The data for a few was not accurate (bounced when following up). But they agreed to make good by providing substitute leads to meet the quota. Towards the end of my project, they lost a few folks, and so the end of my campaign got a little rough as they were taking over some assignments midway. But we ultimately completed the SOW. I will say that the leads did not perform well in our email cadence - none converted. However, this was a test of the concept for us. Content syndication had a lower cost per qualified lead than some other tactics, so we tested it. Your results may vary, based on your follow-up and your market.

For certain markets it works well, but for other regions such as KR, there is no one who can proof read and so a lot of the time the basic copy on landing pages is completely wrong.

DemandScience is great if you are looking for the ability to target very specific titles, roles, companies, etc., and receive high quality leads. They have an incredible scale compared to other partners my team has worked with, but their leads also perform very well down the funnel. This is not always the case because oftentimes, a partner will have room to scale well, but the leads are colder. I'm really impressed with how well DemandScience targets and also with how quickly they respond to me when I have any questions.

Recently, my DemandScience rep reached out because he wanted to get our targeting more honed in on our ideal customer. He wanted to work with me to see down-funnel data (where possible and allowed) so that we could create a more targeted campaign. Other partners have never put this kind of time into our partnership.

Some specific scenarios based on my experience where DemandScience is well suited, and/or scenarios where it is less appropriate are - 1. If you need guaranteed leadgen activity, trust DemandScience for time bound leadgen activity. These leads will be verified by their quality at the DemandScience end before sharing it with the client. Once the client received the leads, they can verify it at their end and if they also found some leads which doesn't fit their requirements they can get them replaced.

We like DS as their CPLs are more competitive and results are similar with competitors that tout a higher CPL offering. Where they stand out for us is their customer service and delivery. The team is responsive, nimble, and accountable- which we greatly appreciate.

Our engagement with DemandScience is mainly content syndication, generating top-of-the-funnel leads, hence the relationship with them is very straightforward. Nonetheless, DemandScience is dedicated to achieving the conversion goals and completing the engagement within the timeframe agreed upon. The Account representatives offer helpful advice and insights when asked and respond swiftly when needed.

We use them as a partner for content syndication campaigns with our client accounts.
If you want high lead volumes and not too many lead partners within the media plan, you should reach out to Demandscience.
DS is strong when it comes to target account lists and fast in their reply as well as the internal setup.

DemandScience is placed well to drive high volume lead gen campaigns at a competitive CPL cost. Especially has good coverage in smaller markets in EMEA and Middle East when compared to other vendors. Display activity drove a CTR above industry benchmarks which is positive given that this is how we measured success.

Need to be careful about over promising which happened during one campaign and did not reflect well. It would be great if they could pass back intent insights on either a lead or account level

Great at providing opted in laser targeted leads. Great at making the process seamless and integrating the delivery into your MAP or CRM. No spreadsheets or downloads necessary. Great at staying in the parameters of exactly what you need. Very competitive CPLs. Engagement levels on the provided leads will likely be fairly low.

Based on our experience, DemandScience is particularly well-suited for scenarios where we have B2B thought leadership content and we aim to engage specific audiences based on job titles, industries, company sizes, or specific companies. For instance, let's say we have published a white paper on innovative recruitment practices in the tech industry. Our objective is to generate lead data from C-suite executives, directors, or managers in tech firms of a particular size. Utilising DemandScience's advanced analytics and data segmentation capabilities, we can target this exact demographic, ensuring our thought leadership content reaches the right people. The lead data generated from this exercise is then utilised for further marketing nurturing, be it through personalised email campaigns or targeted webinars, thereby enhancing our prospect engagement strategy. They may be less suitable for broader awareness campaigns to a mass audience.

I would really recommend DemandScience to any company that is looking to ramp up their lead generation. It is a fast, easy and cost effective way to access more qualified potential buyers. The cost per acquisition is much lower than something like LinkedIn ads. Highly recommend for other B2B companies.

If you are looking to increase your lead count with valid, credible contacts, DemandSciene is a fit. However, you can also buy a list for less, so you need to make sure you are validating your buying pool in some way. If you are looking for lead generation or bottom-of-funnel, I would not say that scenario is appropriate for their strengths.

Demand Science is the perferct partner for content syndication. We usually produce several ebooks every year, and Demand Science helps us to distribute them among our target audience. They also help us to get leads out of the people that show interest in our ebooks.
In addition, they helped us integrating their platform with our own CRM, which makes it very easy for us to receive those leads automatically, with all the relevant information that we need.
Demand Science are also very flexible when it comes to adapting their campaigns to our targets. Some months we need more leads than others, and they are always happy to moderate their campaigns to adjust to our needs.

DemandScience is perfect for high-level awareness and top-of-funnel content syndication. The challenge is once you have the contacts, then nurture them to make them ready for sales. I believe DemandScience may have other products for this, but we do not currently use them. Need to have good lead nurturing in place.

If you are looking to engage a hard-to-reach audience without bloating your budget, DemandScience is the vendor for you. They are also very strategic and will help you design a program to fit your business goals. However, these are still top of funnel leads that will require ongoing nurturing. If you're looking for sales-ready leads, this likely will miss the mark.

Use when there is a need to fill the top of the funnel with opted in contacts that you can nurture afterward and know a good 5% (depending on what you have to sell) will convert into quality opportunities. When you have sales going after specific accounts, you can use them for your ABM strategy to target accounts they are after Industry specific campaigns, target your ICP in industries you know you win

DemandScience makes sense for a partnership if you're looking to generate qualified leads efficiently. DemandScience is a great partner when you have clear ABM goals and defined priorities (target account list, titles, etc)

DemandScience is a good tool for someone who is new to content syndication and lead generation. It does the job pretty well. It lacks on the technology side - by not giving access for users to the platform - so difficult to do their own setup, research, and reporting.

They help generate fast leads. The leads do require further nurture, so if you're looking to keep your lead funnel running then DemandScience is great.

If you're looking to book quick sales meetings with the leads, then it requires more work.
