- Integrations & connectivity
- Allowed our organization to be more forward-thinking
- Opened up conversations which we would not be having otherwise
- Was a "change catalyst" in the company
The support structure is also different in that the support for portals is separated out from the main support for the software. That was not a great experience.

Test your patients, not your patience
We have found that Dendi LIS is one of the best software providers in the industry and has a very robust suite of integrations that makes it easy for our labs to grow. Not only that, but they are also able to provide guidance on navigating CLIA, CAP, and HIPAA regulations.
- Product development
- Customer service
- Integrations
- Instrument automation
- Analytics
- Revenue intelligence
- Not everything is customizable--Dendi LIS has opinions on how to use their system
- Not the cheapest solution; you get what you pay for though
- Newer product, so product can be made more mature
Dendi LIS would not be a great fit for R&D-oriented organizations or in environments where CLIA/HIPAA are not important.
- Billing interfaces
- Dendi API
- Lab-to-lab sendout workflow
- Trusted partner
- 50%+ faster implementations
- Providing a total lab solution has helped my business grow much faster
