I use Dialpad everyday at work and it is amazing. I sometimes have a really hard time hearing what callers are telling me and the transcripts are very helpful. I would recommend this platform to anyone to running a business.

Dialpad has been the only mode of communication that I have with my boss and with their clients. As compared to the previous VOIP tool that I used, Dialpad was more dynamic, more reliable, and more flexible. It is very user-friendly, I didn't need much training to use this tool as it is intuitive, and the simple interface helps me do my work every single day. Moreover, whenever there's an issue with it, the customer service line is accessible and its reps have always went above and beyond to help me.

It is the fastest and easiest way to achieve my work, the platform is easy to use and it also has tools that help develop my work. At present, communication even at a distance is very simple, but the truth is that the means we use for this are not of quality, and we feel subject to something that we simply need even though it does not work well. Dialpad Talk, however, is an enhanced platform with technology that makes communication with another person simple and fast. So far one of the best platforms I've had the opportunity to work with.

Dialpad has become a way of life for me. Without it I don't know how I would do my job. It links perfectly with my phone, super easy to use and easy to read. It helps me stay organized and know exactly who I need to contact.

Virtual Learning requires a reliable communication tool with text and screen-share capabilities, while still protecting the privacy of both students and teachers. Dialpad has afforded me these options and maintains detailed contact logs for each individual student, which saves me a tremendous amount of documentation time.
  • It provides transcripts of voicemail messages within minutes, so even when I'm in a meeting I get the gist of missed calls.
  • It provides detailed communication metrics: call attempts, time stamps, text frequency, etc.
  • I'm able to send/receive photos, small video files, and diagrams to students (and parents), while they're working in a corresponding segment.
  • A better "group text" option would be helpful. I'd like the option to send mass (general) text announcements to which students could not reply.
  • Sometimes the phone call doesn't connect or the call gets dropped temporarily. It would be helpful if DP would reconnect automatically.
  • Perhaps DP could offer a designated phone number title so our calls don't register as "spam" on most initial parent contacts.
Our school district does not permit the text-transcribing option, however the documentation capabilities of DP are (thus far) unmatched. I can quickly monitor call data, text metrics, and/or pull up specific contact logs instantly. In the Education space, parent/student communication is a daily requirement, the documentation of which can be extremely time consuming. This program has providing concrete records of contact which saves a tremendous amount of time.

I use Dialpad every day. It is an amazing application, easy to use and to be connected with clients, the quality of the photo text is very good and can be saved to your PC. You can also sent photo screenshots of documents which is great when clients don't have access to email. We also use Dialpad Text within our staff members and it is very convenient with clients because you don't have to give your personal number and can still call or text them from your own device.

This has replaced any physical phones in the office and easily forwards my business line calls to my cell phone. The phone app is excellent. I especially appreciate the transcripts of the phone messages. Plus, I can answer and talk on a call on my computer, I don't even need my cell with me in the office.

I use Dialpad to communicate with my peers. The business problem Dialpad addresses are to provide a worldwide stable communications platform for an enterprise company. I can easily talk with anyone within the organization because of Dialpad. Dialpad also organizes my contact list, integrating with the active directory service making it easy to lookup employee phone numbers.

Dialpad Talk is the best. I have it installed on two laptops and two cell phones. One phone number (Dialpad assigned from admin) will ring all my devices. I use it to communicate with external contacts as well. If I need to make a business call, I will use Dialpad no matter who I'm calling to make sure the conversation is clear. Sometimes my cell phone doesn't have good reception.

Dialpad fits our company perfectly. We are not willing to go "cell phone only" for our employees and want each of our employees to have their own assigned phone number. Some employees want a desk phone and some want an app on their computers. Everyone wants an app on their phone and the ability to switch between them. Dialpad does all that for us and works very well.

Dialpad is well suited for a company that wants its employees to have a traditional "office phone number" but still be able to make a receive calls from anywhere using their mobile phones or laptops. We recently switched to Dialpad from a competing VoIP phone service and I wish we switched sooner. We use Dialpad as our business phone system, our video conferencing solution and our internal chat and communication platform. Best thing is it does it all from one really nice desktop or mobile app.

  • I would like to see a better built in paging solution but they do have one, it just isn't as user friendly as the rest of the features.
Dialpad has really created a great product for companies of all sizes. Their tech is easy to use, reliable and functions much better than our previous solution. I put off switching for a long time because it seemed like a daunting task to move our entire phone system that everyone was comfortable with, but now I really wished I did it sooner. The team Dialpad made deployment as easy as could be. They worked with us around the clock to get our phone system set up properly and test it diligently before go live. They also helped train my entire team so everyone was comfortable with the new software. The day our phone number finally ported, the switch was as seamless as could be. I would highly recommend Dialpad to anyone looking for a powerful and robust business phone solution that somehow feels light weight and easy to use.

We have only been using them for a short time but I do not have any real negatives yet. Hopefully they don't have servers going down or frequent dropped calls but so far, we have not had any of this.

We migrated from an on-prem Mitel system, using multiple voice service providers in the U.S. and Mexico, to Dialpad. This assisted us in reducing costs and complexity. During our migration, the Dialpad team was very responsive and the overall transition could not have been smoother.

Some of the key benefits we gained by moving to Dialpad were:
  • Getting rid of a problematic service provider (Windstream) along with others who required additional SIP/PRI connections to our facilities.
  • Removing voice server equipment and maintenance.
  • Improved call center capabilities that integrate with Salesforce.
  • Dialpad is cloud based so users can work remotely if needed.
  • Multiple platform support, several users work from their computer or mobile phone, few have physical phones.
  • Easy to manage and control, with the ability to setup office based admins.
  • Call recording, transcription in real time and AI capabilities
While we are still new to Dialpad, I have received numerous comments from the employees stating how much they love the new system!

Our main communication platform for voice, meetings, and call center is Dialpad Ai Voice. Previously, we used a combination of various applications that relied on each other. Since transitioning to Dialpad Ai Voice, we have benefited from having a single, dependable, user-friendly platform that is easy to oversee. As a result, staff morale has improved, and customer satisfaction has increased.
  • We are highly satisfied with the user-friendliness of Dialpad Ai Voice. Although we dedicated additional time to train and granted early access to allow ample time for acquainting with the system, the majority of users were able to start using it without much guidance.
  • The implementation and support teams have been exceptional. They've promptly provided answers and helped to troubleshoot issues.
  • One comprehensive platform for all needs - voice, meeting and call center - has really streamlined training and helped with adoption.
  • Users are unable to adjust colors of status indicators. For example, if an employee sets a custom status for Lunch or Out of Office, the indicator remains green like they're still available.
  • Backgrounds for non-video meetings are controlled by Dialpad Ai Voice, so you can't remove or set backgrounds for users.
  • While we can add custom on-hold music, we can't remove audio options that are provided out-of-the-box.
I honestly can't imagine a business vertical where Dialpad Ai Voice wouldn't be well suited. The Dialpad Ai Voice platform is extremely flexible and easy to manage.

I use Dialpad daily. Whether it's taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, or sending/receiving text messages from the software; I always have Dialpad open on my computer. My favorite aspect of the software is how it synchronizes with my orgs, Salesforce, and updates my accounts anytime I make or receive a call with any of the accounts I am working with. In addition, I use the text messaging feature all the time. I also really enjoy how I can set up my work hours so that once 5 pm rolls around, any calls or messages will receive an automatic response providing my accounts with contact information if they need immediate support.

My company is using Dialpad Ai mainly to consolidate the multiple telcom carriers we have throughout the many locations we have across many states. We also wanted to take advantage of the more modern features and reporting capabilities.

I am able to consolidate all of the various telcom providers into one platform and heavily reduce the monthly costs by more than $2K. We are now able to take full advantage of collaborative methods, such as site to site calling without the extra long distance and international fees. Also, we now are using a full calling tree for external callers to take advantage of to get to the right people quicker. The best scenario for us is the ability for employees to use soft phones on the computers and also use Dialpad on their mobile devices, diminishing the need for company provided cell phones.

We use it for all our calling and texting needs, both on the desktop app and mobile app. It's used by our entire company. It helps us be able to call/text when we're away from our desks. It also allows us to text from our work line vs personal cell.
  • Texting - you can do it from your work number.
  • Barging - Coaching Groups allow managers to barge calls without their team members knowing (makes reps less nervous).
  • Sell - you can identify filler words.
  • SLIGHTEST delay - but this is actually helpful because it makes reps pause so they don't interrupt clients.

We use Dialpad as our landline replacement and have since it started. As a result, as we expand, we don't send people desk phones, we simply have them use their own mobile phones and the Dialpad applications or the apps that can run inside the Chrome browser or the downloaded apps for Macs and PCs. This has saved us thousands of dollars over time. We use it across the entire company so the voice, video, and texting allows us the functionality of online platforms inside the company and the convenience of talking by phone to outsiders.

  • Video inside the company is a big plus.
  • There's a major need to integrate Dialpad and UberConference.
  • Dialpad's Integration with Slack is good but could be better and easier to deploy.
  • The lack of handover from WiFi to LTE is a big problem.
When I travel, Dialpad makes it as if I'm in my office. No one knows where I am as the calls look like I'm still in the office. What's more the ability to have a second line on my mobile device, and to be so tightly integrated into our Google G Suite services, make the use of Dialpad so effortless.

We use Dialpad across the entire company. We use it for inbound and outbound calls and texts. It integrates with Uber Conference to make conferencing seamless and also integrates with our ATS.
  • Call quality is usually perfect. It's very rare that calls drop or have sound issues from our end of the line.
  • The phone app works well and makes it easy to make calls from the home office.
  • The integration with Salesforce makes click-to-dial seamless.
  • The app has frequent updates and functionality is not at it's best unless you have the latest version. It would be nice if it didn't require multiple updates on a weekly basis.
  • Sometimes I miss calls without seeing them appear when the caller is calling.
Call stats, call to ATS integration, text capabilities, remote Dialpad app are all fantastic reasons why I'd recommend Dialpad.

Dialpad is used by our entire organization. It's incredibly helpful to have an easily accessible list of contacts across departments at our fingertips. Call forwarding is especially useful when calls come into the wrong department. I love that all text messages, calls, and voicemails are kept in-line with the same contact, making tracking history of contact easy and reliable. The user interface is simple, clean, and easy to use. The ability to customize voicemails, when calls go straight to voicemail and other settings make Dialpad an efficient way to handle various business communication needs without a complicated interface.

  • I haven't seen the spam filtering functions in use and I tend to get frequent spam calls.
  • Sometimes finding the right settings is challenging, as there are multiple places where settings can be adjusted.
Dialpad is easy to use if you're receiving calls and need text function, because of the in-line organization by contact. For distribution among various departments and a wide demographic of ages, it's a technology platform that can be used very simply, but also for more complex purposes, and overall acceptance of the platform went fairly smoothly for our organization. Call forwarding is easy, so managing incoming calls goes smoothly. I could see this platform being well-suited to any size organization, from small to large.

i use dialpad everyday to communicate with customers and other office employees. it has a very easy and reliable app to use. it saves and stores my contacts list and allows me to live view calls my employees are currently handling and has a great voicemail feature as well as easy to text message from

i like how going on do not disturb easily allows me to see which of my csr are available for a call and transfering customers to the correct department and correct person. dialpad is easy to use compared to other apps. i also like how i as an admin am able to live monitor calls between customer and my csr

Dialpad has given me an effective way to make calls in an efficient manner. The application is also available on my cell phone in case I need to forward work calls. The audio is clear and reliable (both desktop and mobile). Transcription is very accurate. The analytics tab helps me to stay on track with my goals and identify any trends. Their customer service is attentive and open to feedback. Overall, everything we need.
