Based on my experience I don't think that dial pad is appropriate for anyone. The realities that you always need to contact someone at some point and when you do there is no one there to help you. You will spend weeks or even months wanting for help. As far as I can tell the only phone number that they actually answer is the one to sell you this and as soon as they know that you have signed up for it you don't even seem to get through on that number.

The inter office communication it allows, is amazing! The ability to create different channels for different departments for communications, is great!!! I don't understand the necessity between a video call and a Dialpad Ai Voice meeting and when it would or would not be appropriate to use one vs. the other. I would love it if you were able to have more than one person on a phone call

We deal with mitigation and disaster relief customers. Being able to accurately understand what they need in their most vulnerable moments without missing any details is essential. Having coordinators say they never received Dialpad's phone call to begin with or seeing that the conversation live text isn't translating accurately is an issue at times.

Imagine you are un a meeting and you need to focus on the topic and don't want to miss a thing but taking notes distracts You. Dialpad can do that for you.

No matter who contacted a client and how, You will be able to keep track of all communication to the same person in one perfectly organized thread

Using the transcript feature is a great way to document information in a candidate’s file. We don’t have to have endless back-and-forth phone calls if I’m not available to answer the phone and get the information I’m looking for. I’m able to document the candidates response to my request without a written response.

I work from home, and Dailpad makes it easy and efficient to use in a home office setting. The convenience of not having to have an extra phone here at my home office is also a great feature. I am especially grateful that I don't get many spam calls on my work phone.

I enjoy having all of the calls for my company going to one place so I can easily answer and look back at past calls. Having to answer a call on my cell phone through Dialpad is not a great experience. Most of the time, the call doesn't even connect, and I have to end the call and call the caller back on my computer.

I had a phone call one that lasted 1 hr and I was driving, now I remember the key points the person said when they called me but I couldn't remember the minor details. I then went back to use the Dialpad AI transcript to get the minor details to make sure I address the leads issue

i like how going on do not disturb easily allows me to see which of my csr are available for a call and transfering customers to the correct department and correct person. dialpad is easy to use compared to other apps. i also like how i as an admin am able to live monitor calls between customer and my csr

I am able to consolidate all of the various telcom providers into one platform and heavily reduce the monthly costs by more than $2K. We are now able to take full advantage of collaborative methods, such as site to site calling without the extra long distance and international fees. Also, we now are using a full calling tree for external callers to take advantage of to get to the right people quicker. The best scenario for us is the ability for employees to use soft phones on the computers and also use Dialpad on their mobile devices, diminishing the need for company provided cell phones.

Dialpad Talk provides an opportunity for ease of linking between coworkers, with a discreet messaging system and options for users to belong to multiple phone numbers. It is also very customizable, allowing for different working hours each day, as well as offering a do not disturb button that can be triggered independently by the user.

Dialpad Ai Voice met all the requirements for the services I needed at that time of purchase, as well as room to expand on the services I feel are needed in the future. For the cost, I feel that Dialpad Ai Voice is the best value in digital AI based voice services that I could find.
