DICE is a useful tool for IT Services centric sourcing businesses
- Overall, we see a decent # of candidates apply to our positions.
- The job screener is probably the most helpful tool when posting our openings as it makes it a lot easier to manage and narrow the candidate pool.
- The auto emails/communication templates we setup and use are very helpful to manage the application process.

Dice Open Web - good recruitment tool not only for external candidates but internal openings as well
- customization of email templates for sending out for various openings across same team
- applicant tracking as well as job tracking
- job posting management as well as interview scheduling
- Dice Open Web did provide some value to the organization when it was being utilized, but as mentioned, it failed to keep up over time or continue to stay innovative.
- It didn't give any negative returns on investment, but it appeared as though it would be more robust and functional than it really was so over time that was a disappointment.
- It serves its purpose for smaller to mid size organizations that have a slower turn around time for filling positions. But somewhere where speed is necessary and in higher demand, it probably wouldn't work as well.

- We have multiple logins available and it is very useful for our organization.
- The newer version has many errors, hence we recommend that they give access for the older version.
- Wrong email and contact numbers are provided on Dice which waste the clicks on the resume which should be avoided.
