Digimind Intelligence is a great platform because it is allowing us to understand the main topics, mentions, and sentiment around our benchmark. Taking a close look at the share of voice and making a double click on each of them gives us perspective to work on our social strategy and also understand the conversation in the different social networks.
  • Once configurated, the platform has a lot of power to bring you different types of data.
  • You can also categorize every type of data so you can make a clean analysis of it.
  • There are many types of graphics, dashboards and ways to display the information.
  • The comparison to other brands is much deeper because it is not just about social media content or interactions, you can take a close look at any kind of sources on the network.
  • We would love to see the sentiment on the comments of our social media posts, but also on the other brands too. But at the moment we understand that is not being possible because of the separation between private and public information.
It is highly recommended to work with Digimind Social if you are looking to work on social listening. The platform is really powerful and the support team is great too, but it is a must to have some experience working with this type of tools and also a good idea of which results are you looking for and why.
