  • Money saver by keeping it in house
  • Money saver by reducing litigation prep time
  • Speed and efficiency in locating specific documents
  • Speed and efficiency in creating document and exhibit lists
  • I wish DISCO Ediscovery Desk people knew more about DISCO Ediscovery functionality and how to "workaround" that functionality, in order to meet specific client needs, even if it means simultaneous usage of the typical Windows programs such as Excel and Word, which I have been able to do [with a little trial and error].

  • DISCO has allowed our firm to perform in-house reviews for everything except the largest and time-sensitive document reviews.
  • Utilizing DISCO AI we have been able to utilize our firm review resources on important documents, instead of generic or non-responsive documents.
  • Utilizing the data analysis and visualizations in DISCO we have been able to easily show gaps in received productions and demand further discovery.
