Druva InSync for Migration to M365
Not a particular time, but I am very impressed with the support provided. I have mentioned to colleagues that it's probably the best user support I've had from a company. Quick responses, straight to the right person. We also have regular meetings with the customer success team which are happy to take our ideas and suggestions on board.

Druva Data Resiliency Cloud has no equal
I purchased Professional Support hours to help implement a new Druva DR product, about 10 hours. The engineer and I began meeting several times a week and this went on for a long time. Never was there an issue with "we are out of time/hours", the Engineer made nearly unlimited time available and was(Still IS) fantastic to work with.

Druva exports for large datasets could not be downloaded. Druva supplied a "workaround" that allowed us to get our exports done.

Email backup without the fuss
On their CloudRanger platform, there is a little "Need help? Chat with us button" at the bottom of the page. I clicked this link and within seconds I had a chat window opened with support ready to go on the other end. I can't remember what I needed help with, but I was blown away that I got help via chat and had my question\issue resolved in under 5 minutes without leaving the admin console page.
No because we have never really had any issues with it.

Streamlined Cloud Backup with Impeccable Support
We had a weird glitch pop up where licensing numbers we showing inaccurate counts. We reported it to our representative at the time and it was resolved in the same day. We also got a great explanation about what had caused it and why it should not happen again. Their support experience has been fantastic.

Druva In-Sync is an affordable and easy to use back up system for devices and cloud services
Not inSync related, but I was having a problem understanding how Druva Phoenix needed to be set up with our AWS FSx server and they were able to get on a virtual meeting with me and walk me through it in 15 minutes. Great support!

Druva inSync review
We had a case where a user's Druva tool kept giving an error even after un-installing and re-installing the client. The support person checked in multiple times to work to set a time to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and he was able to resolve the issue on the first try after setting up and conducting a remote session with the user.

Druva inSync a great alternative for data protection
A couple times with a couple of our remote users who lost a significant amount of data data after their PCs crashed, Druva support quickly helped us retrieve their data fast and effortlessly without our support team having to get involved to troubleshoot recovery issues we were having with the local Druva client.

IT Director's Review of Druva inSync
During a recent "Un-Sync" action performed by a user, thousands of files were deleted. With the support of Druva, I was able to restore all the files and verify to the user that everything was made whole. That is the most valuable thing I could do. Druva is working hard to make sure that their reports more closely align with the Microsoft Activity reports, so the verification process is easier to reassure the user and team that all files were restored.

One time, during a server migration from physical to VM, my server hard disk went to non operational mode where my Druva storage is located. Due to this, the user's backup didn't happen. When I made a request, Druva support people took the remote session and collected the logs and analyzed them. Within hours they came back with a solution and we did the recovery successfully.
