The Druva Cloud Platform (formerly Druva inSync & Druva Phoenix) provides unified data protection, management, and information governance across endpoints and cloud applications. I honestly don't even recall any specifics of the implementation it was such a non-event. Our cloud instance was brought up in no time at all and end-user installation was sent out via email. There was minimal IT involvement and the whole rollout took place over a couple of days.

Implementation was fast and easy. The team that works with you to get the solution set-up is amazing, they take the time to go over things and help with the setup. With the Druva's Team that handles the setup and implementation I could have let my kids do it, it is that easy.

Implementation was lead by our team with support from Druva in order to understand best practices for a multi-tenant regional split. Configuration of the environment was completed relatively quickly followed by a short testing process. Clients installs were deployed by our app management team with no noticeable issues or concerns. Guidance for users could have been simpler and clearer. Overall implementation for the first 1500 users was completed in around 2 months with further users rolled out progressively thereafter.

In consultation with a Druva support person we configured a few policies first for several groups of users. Once that was done it was easy to add users and generate emails that contained links and instructions to download/install the app. Once installed, the app applied the appropriate policy and the sync of data began. We had 40 or so devices to protect, and in a week or less they were all protected. The delays usually were on the part of the user who needed to schedule some time (15-30 minutes at most) to accept the invitation and download/install the app.

We were very satisfied with implementation, the entire process was pretty straight forward and easy even with much knowledge or experience with this solution. Admin interface was very intuitive in the creation of policies and agent profiles prior to deployment. Aside from some permission issues on the client side agent install is a breeze.

The implementation was done before I got here, but the way it currently runs with our workflows runs perfectly fine and achieves what was expected. We have a back up of data and we're able to transfer data as well. I don't really know the speed of the implementation or how that was handled.

Speed of implementation was very impressive. The endpoint client software has a very small footprint and everything is cloud managed so it is easy to use and very effective, plus very fast as a result as well. Most users did not even notice the switch until it came time to actually do a restore then they were pleasantly surprised.

The speed was very quick I believe we got it out to all of the user's computers within a month's span and started using it to back up things and keeping things intact. Users are always satisfied with this product and we will continue to implement the program to everyone moving forward.

I was pretty satisfied, but it's hard to say, as I was able to do things outside of it while it was being implemented. It makes pretty good sense, so it wasn't super difficult to figure, out, or use, once it was put into place. I'm satisfied, but didn't actually have to "wait" on it.
