- Simple end user restore process.
- Easy to use, web-based Control Panel.
- Assign different backup profiles to different sets of users/machines.
- Upgrade client software remotely.
- Wide range of retention periods.
- Changes on the backend from Druva engineers can sometimes cause errors with Google Apps backups.

As impressive as it sounds during marketing
- Ease of use.

- Leveraging a backup solution to Microsoft 365 environment can be a time consuming job. With Druva inSync, it can be achieved in minutes.

- Users must log in to the Druva agent when it is first installed. A zero-touch option would be nice to make adoption faster.
- The product does require an agent to be installed on each client. A clientless option for on-prem workstations might be nice.
- The admin interface is easy to use, but can be a little busy if you only have one of Druva's products.
- For remote endpoint backup it can't be beat. Deduping, reports, speed--nothing I have seen comes close. It is best in breed.
- It also helps with data security with remote wipe capability and geo fencing.
- We often use it for user system upgrades; one exec called it the easiest PC refresh he ever had.
- It frankly just works.
- It used to offer baremetal restore on some of its products, backing up as an image; that would be a nice feature but not 100% necessary since a recovery of a system would require a new image anyway.
