Speedy Website Development: Users are impressed with the speed and efficiency of website development on Duda. They find it easy to get a website live quickly, including e-commerce functionality if needed. The platform's focus on rapid building allows users to create websites efficiently without compromising quality or functionality.
Design control and flexibility: Many users have expressed dissatisfaction with Duda's lack of design control and flexibility compared to its competitors. They feel that other platforms like WIX, Editor X, Velo, and WebFlow offer more options for customization and functionality. Some users believe that Duda's focus is more on cosmetic improvements rather than functional ones.
eCommerce functionality: Several users have mentioned that Duda's eCommerce functionality could be more robust. They find the process of upgrading a website design cumbersome and time-consuming in Duda's template-based system. Users desire a smoother experience when it comes to managing their online stores.
Limited templates and plugins: Users have voiced their disappointment with the limited selection of templates in Duda. Additionally, some users dislike having to buy separate pages for landing pages, which they see as an unnecessary inconvenience.

- Makes editing a breeze. An edit in WordPress that took an hour takes 10 minutes in Duda
- Embedded stats dashboard is a game-changer. Clients have real-time access to their statistics.
- Taking a desktop site and making it gorgeous in tablet and mobile versions
- Ecommerce can use some improvement--but this should be taken care of in 2023
- A more robust app marketplace
- More custom widgets
Duda is less suited for robust ecommerce websites.

- Allowed us to generate increased ROI through the app store
- Allowed us to reduce payroll and overhead

In most cases for our own clients, they want to update their services, post to their blog, and update their team pages.
- Very easy for users to make updates
- Changing the global design (fonts, for example)
- We cn assign permissions to clients based on their level of comfort with online editing
- Emails to those who fill out web forms could be more streamlined
- Internal collections (simple database) should allow CSV import/export
- Would like to see more fine-grained options with permissions for clients
There are cases where "membership" options would be useful, such as allowing members of a group to update their own profile for example, and limit people to certain parts of a website created with Duda. Fortunately, these seem to be in beta testing now for addition to their product.
