Thanks to the Dynatrace One team, I can always get support. The team is 24x7 available and when we cannot fix the issue directly I can resolve the issue at a later moment with a developer from Dynatrace. The support team is always available since they are operating on a global scale. Furthermore, there is no issue when it comes to asking them anything. They are always happy to help! Furthermore, it does not cost anything extra, it is included in your package price.

We continue to expand our relationship with Dynatrace and that has helped us get better support when we encounter product bugs or request feature enhancements. We still struggle at times with getting the right level of support through our support tickets but that is improving. I wish the feature enhancement process worked better than just forum posts. For how much we spend on the product we want to be able to adapt the product for our application landscape.

The support is timely and helpful. They have walked me personally through a number of issues, from hosts not showing in the environment due to duplicated IPs to integrating scripts into its API. I have yet to find a problem that Dynatrace's support has not been able to help me solve.

Live chat options have only been needed a handful of times, but are always immediate and get our questions answered. The SR has been responsive to our needs/questions and worked to get solutions for us within a short turnaround.

I gave this a high rating as it does beat its competitors. I find their roadmap innovative. Finally I do think they do things in a very forward thinking way - for example, they make it easy to automate things.
