It is the best product I ever worked with. Great ideas and great potential. I am the main resource of Dynatrace and before that I used to work with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 and also System Center Operations Manager 2016 and Dynatrace AppMon was already beating those tools with its capabilities.

It was very easy to work with the support team from Dynatrace. Our issues are normally resolved in minutes. That really helps us in our journey to integrate Dynatrace into our current systems. We really appreciate the timely response from the support team and highly recommend Dynatrace to other companies for their application performance monitoring needs.

It was already phenomenal support just from the sales manager and field technical support, but with the new chat functionality we no longer even have to spend time answering user questions. We are able to offload that task entirely to Dynatrace support

ONE Premium Chat support and the overall organization and management of the support articles on Dynatrace Support is one of the best. The quick feedback and response times on the CHAT support is awesome. We have yet to leverage the Dynatrace Support Ticketing/case system but look forward to a fluid process as we had with AppMon ticketing and support.

Dynatrace provides excellent support with a short response time. Professionals have high knowledge of features and explain it in a very easy to understand manner. A few areas that require further enhancement is related to network monitoring, particularly for routers and switches where a client would like to understand current state metrics.

Support has always been highly responsive and eager to help resolve issues that we have had with the products. However, there have been a few times that issue tickets have remained open for quite some time (waiting for Dynatrace development teams to further research the causes of issues). When this happened, our current version of the product came out of support and the ticket was immediately closed as a result. We were unable to reopen the ticket because we were in a freeze during our peak season and could not upgrade our environment quickly enough to meet the requirements of the support group.

Dynatrace has given good support in letting us know about new features that are rolling out as a part of their regular releases, but the only thing is we would like to know when a OneAgent update will happen. We faced an issue in terms of OneAgent updates. We had to force recycle pods for an updated OneAgent injection.

Dynatrace offers a few different varieties of support. Premium support is very good and offers you more options than standard web support. Although if you have strong users that are familiar with the product, standard support is generally fine.

We always get great customer support from Dynatrace whether it is through the chat or from our CSM. They are quick to share updates and let us know when we can expect fixes for bugs or to help us troubleshoot something that we are unsure of what to do on our end.

All interactions with staff members, whether in person, phone, email, forums or chat, has been nothing but positive. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, prompt responses. Lots of online tools like courses, videos and documentation available as well.
