Dynatrace helped us provide a proof of concept environment where we first evaluated the product for technical and functional fit. The support staff has been very responsive and knowledgeable. The business insights team does an amazing job in doing the reporting.

I have had several issues with chat support being inadequate. Answers are not complete and they do not always understand the context. I had to call my rep and get engineering contact to help us out. As we were doing cloud deployment, settings and configuration from a security perspective were not very obvious. In my opinion this is a big issue that must be addressed. I talked to other companies using Dynatrace and found that I am not alone.

They are very able and have a big knowledge about the platform and the services. They bring the proper resources to help us to apply, deploy and implement the solutions in our environment in 1 day, and he keeps the focus during 30 days to help us with the basics Dashboards.

The support of Dynatrace is awesome. I've used it many times for really different kinds of questions. There is an in-app chat functionality which gets you in direct contact with Dynatrace support. If your question is about a bug or how to use the product, they always have an answer or will help you in finding one.

As part of our implementation process, Dynatrace provided us on-site training which was very helpful. The course content was very extensive and the instructor was very knowledgeable. Dynatrace also provides 24/7 live chat which gave us the necessary confidence to use Dynatrace as our primary monitoring tool.

Support can be a little slow at times. It usually takes a few rounds to get the right answer to a problem. It helps to have a dedicated resource onsite or remote for conversion to dynatrace platform. It also helps to pay for premium support if you need 24x7 help or priority chat help.

Their support forum is a good place to find answers for issues you have. It is fed by users, but the Dynatrace employees are very active in this forum. If you have a complex issue, the Dynatrace employees are available via chat and really take the time to help you out.

We are getting customized support and this is helping us to do quick on-boarding. The support is extremely patient and are listening to the existing requirements and also new requirements that evolve over the due course.
