Echobot is a brilliant tool to facilitate B2B market research. At Vodafone Germany, we primarily use it in B2B sales to decrease time of customer research. It also allows sales reps to be notified, if their stakeholders change or stay current on other relevant customer events. The tool is user friendly to the extent of being self-explanatory. The vast amount of Echobot crawled data may also be considered, when looking to enhance your company's own customer (CRM) data and to improve your marketing effectiveness. All information is public, so there are no GDPR-compliance issues to consider.

Echobot is being used as a central tool within our complete Sales Department and Marketing Business Unit. It is also used by the shareholders and Management for specific Research.
  • Research Quality versus invested Time is absolutely efficient and motivating. Quick Research or Standard Alerts, both are done easily with instant results.
  • Usability of the User Interface in any of the modules is very supportive. New Team members are trained in short time. Very much self-explaining.
  • The connectivity between the modules is great and saves time. Each module has its key topic, but in Connection with the other modules this practical tool turns out to be even smarter more and powerful.
  • It would be great if more European countries and even beyond Europe could be added.
  • Facilitating adding new contacts to companies and Company data.
It is great for media monitoring - both our own company image media and our market competitors. It is also great for looking at specific companies in a lead process, understanding the infrastructure of the company in question. It is great for our inside sales and data quality using data care.
