It’s a great software when it comes to gathering e-signatures. It’s also great for sharing and storing documents. It’s not great for workflow and sometimes it’s a lot slower than other services i and my team have used in the past. I would advise using it mainly for storage and electronic signatures.

eFile will work if you can organize prior to roll out and get a consensus on what you are saving and how. If you don't label consistently, it will not be user-friendly. If you do, it's a great resource for saving documentation of all types, especially for accounting functions. I love, as I mentioned, that I use it as my "one source" for saving documentation and save very little in email or on my company server. (YAY) If used well, it should eliminate redundant storage.

eFilecabinet is the best bang for the buck Digital Document Storage Solution that will replace your Physical File Cabinets in your office and lead you down the paperless digital path. With this price point comes some hiccups and speed bumps that you need to be aware of (broken software due to updates from time to time, missing features, confusing interface due to multiple ways to access your data, etc), but once you find work arounds to these items, you will see how powerful efilecabinet is.

eFileCabinet is well suited for companies with lots of clients and documents to store for each client. Users can scan using a scanner, or "print" from a PDF file. You can also drag and drop, or send straight from office products such as Excel or Outlook.

eFileCabinet may not be well suited for those who do not have a large number of files to store. If you are looking for a storage system just for your company, and you don't frequently need to look up or send documents - this may be too robust for you.

Great if your field requires copious amounts of paperwork, and you want to get rid of the clutter and stress of dealing with physical paperwork. With the size of our organization (about 8 people), we were borderline on whether the cost would be worthwhile, but even for our group we've found the enhanced workflow and eSignature function to be very valuable. I would think for groups smaller than ours the cost would likely not be worth it.
