Attribute Ratings
Reviews
(1-25 of 27)I love Elementor and do recommend it to others.
- It has a great page builder
- It has a great template system
- I also love its ability to set global parameters, such as font, font color, etc
- One thing, Elementor currently lacks sales funnel functionality built into the theme
- Front-end Page Building
- Landing Page Development
- Easy Webpage Content Management
- More Enterprise Features would be nice
- More integration with 3rd party form plugins like Gravity Forms
- Sometimes it gets confusing working with template features like headers. Editing in one place may accidentally affect the entire site and it is not always clear.
The best drag and drop builder in WP!
- Drag and drop builder
- Rich templates library
- Easy to deploy and edit pages
- the more templates they can add the better, if they can add more quality templates it's going to be even better for us
Elementor Pro - The Complete Page Builder For WordPress
- Free option (freemium plugin)
- Can be installed on client sites
- Large community in social media
- Easy to use interface with live previews
- No coding knowledge required
- Completely customizable
- slow to load
- consumes too much memory on server
- annoying messages in WordPress dashboard
Elementor for Non-Profit
- Easy drop and drag design
- Good pricing
- Lots of pre-made templates
- The ability to add an Instagram feed into a page without having to install a plugin
- Better support
- More flexibility within built-in features, such as calendar, blog posts, etc.
Elementor made building this website a nightmare
- [I believe] it does nothing well.
- Filled with bugs.
- Reduce the number of places to adjust the same settings.
Easy to use and implement
- Desiging your web page
- Showcasing the content
- Publishing content
- Managing blogs
- The Navigation speed while opening or closing is low
- Adds some codes which makes website a littel slower
Very easy to build a site with!
- Block code is very easy to work with.
- They don't have support, per se, but they have a whole big group of users on Facebook who are great at helping each other out.
- They have some templates you can use to just get going if you're in a particular industry that would probably work well with a template!
- The price is really not bad for how much you get.
- Elementor is a bit slow compared to other block coding that's out there now for Wordpress websites.
- It also does not work well with WP Rocket and WP Rocket will break your site.
- There's a lot of searching through their website when you do miss something and can't figure out how to get it to work.
It is a wonderful software for our business
- It is not just a page editing tool but a full-fledged theme builder.
- It doesn't require much knowledge about web design since you can build anything with simple drag and drop features.
- As in any constructor, the main problem is the creation of unnecessary layout code and styles.
- As a result of the redundant code, a second problem appears - the page can take a long time to load.
- Easy creations of Landing Pages
- Great Popup Form Builder
- It's much slower than many of the new players like Webflow, Oxygen or many others
- Introduction of one-time pricing could make it worth it
- No code solution to build website
- Extremely fast page builder
- Easy to use blocks builder
- Need more settings for blocks
- Need more built-in blocks templates
- Need more intgrations with another services
Best WordPress page design tool available.
- Lots of available widgets which are easy to use
- Drag and drop for easy design
- Lots of online support and tutorials to help learn how to use Elementor.
Elementor doesn't support some of the more complicated web features that you see on websites these days, but those are usually professionally designed and coded. Elementor is not going to be a great fit for those who have the skills and expertise to edit WordPress' code directly.
The modern way of creating pages
- Page design
- Visual effects
- Data presentation
- There is not a clear line between Free and Pro. Usually what I want is on Pro, but I always try to do it on the free version first.
- Page save is not obvious and sometimes is a bit slow
- Would like to see a better integration between themes and layouts.
Easy to use webpage builder
It allows us to easily create functional and aesthetically pleasing pages with a wide range of design elements available.
- Easy to implement different sections of a page such as images, text blocks, forms etc.
- There is a range of example pages available for you to change to suit your brand or to provide some inspiration
- It is easy to add custom CSS (or similar)
- You only get good support if you're using the pro version - I have used Elementor across two different sites and found support to be rude when only the free version is in use.
- Some of their guides on their website seemed out dated as the steps differed slightly when following a guide
It is very useful if you like the drag and drop style of website building but also want the freedom to use custom CSS etc
Fast, inexpensive, and powerful. A must have.
- Intuitive WYSIWYG editor.
- Fast loading for end-user.
- Flexible templates and sections to use.
- Adding additional pages and maintaining consistency could be easier.
- Newer user may have trouble knowing how to set proper "slugs".
- Section templates, once changed, don't update across pages.
- Variety of high-customizable widgets.
- Amazing template library.
- A lot of integrations with third-party themes and plugins.
- Very easy to use.
- Load time can be improved.
- More options on SEO attributes.
The best WYSIWYG when you have TO PAY!
- Visual builder interface
- Fast and easy to use
- Powerful integrations and compatibility
- Pro level design templates
- More widgets for Elementor pro users
- Further refine page load and reduce bloat
- Define best use case settings for top themes.
Why we chose Elementor over Divi and the rest!
- Full website builder with unique widgets
- Easy starter templates that work well for small clients
- Support is fantastic! Very important.
- If you'd asked me a year ago where Elementor could improve, this list would be easy, now, not so much. The product develops at a phenomenal rate with new features consistently being rolled out. Support has improved DRAMATICALLY and is really world class at this point.
- The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Each of the blocks is laid out in a very standard way. This makes learning Elementor pretty quick. There are a lot of advanced features that take longer to become familiar with, but for solid basic design, it is easy to learn.
- Elementor is quite capable of building nicely designed fast sites. It also has excellent Mobile capabilities allowing a designer to make sure the look on Tablet and Phone are as well designed as the desktop version.
- Elementor works well with virtually every Theme out there. However, to go a step further, there are quite a few Themes that are built specifically to work with Elementor.
- This is not something that Elementor does, but I need to mention that there are several Block sets out there that are made for Elementor and expand the design capabilities.
- Occasionally while building in Elementor, parts of the builder will either freeze or become glitchy. This is not very common, but it does occur from time to time.
- One area that Elementor could use some work is in their support department. I have emailed support in the past and have not even received a reply. We use Astra Pro for our theme, and their support has gone in and fixed or explained issues that were directly related to Elementor. Fortunately, we have not needed support much since the product is so well built.
Essential plugin
- Lots of documentation and examples to learning about the plugin.
- Many designs and animations to customize the website.
- Sometimes have trouble with the compatibility of the WP Themes.
- I would like the preview page to be more easy to see, like a page preview.
Good, easy-to-use features via Elementor
- Many predefined content elements are available to choose from, to help build your pages. These range from basic text boxes, to dividers, images, videos, maps, share buttons and more. This vast range of content options alone makes it worth investigating.
- The building process itself if made simple- elements are added to your page via drag and drop. Its faster and less complex than other tools.
- While its basic features can be an advantage, they also prove to be a disadvantage for anyone looking to create more intricate and sophisticatedly designed pages.
- Improved, seamless integrations with other tools would be helpful, so other tools could be added or embedded into the pages being built. At the moment, using other add-ons tends to result in several issues that the page viewers experience.
Elementor Can't Be Beat
- Elementor makes it simple to adjust responsive settings.
- I love the ease of creating complex backgrounds and dividers.
- At times, the responsive previews are not accurate when it comes to tablet and mobile representation.
Elementor is great for new and advanced users!
- Creating beautiful websites quickly and easily.
- Easy to use and no prior knowledge of coding is required.
- Search within their icon library could be improved to allow for relative terms to pull the required icon - not just the exact icon name.
- Identifying which element has margin applied to it can be difficult (when an element is within a column, within a section, etc.) when items are not aligned.
Elementor -- the free tier offers so much!
- It's making it easy to create a visually pleasing website.
- It's making it east to create or upload templates to be used and re-used.
- Making sure that your website is mobile and tablet friendly is hard if your site is highly custom.
- The free tier is really stacked with functionality, but I needed more for implementing tables.
A fantastic site builder everyone should try!
- Drag and Drop helps save time.
- Easy to make updates to.
- There isn't much to dislike about elementor. Sometimes it can be difficult to figure something out but other than that I don't have any complaints.
