We use the Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud for a variety of functions, from publishing to monitoring the performance of our own content. In my case, I analyze the performance of my own content. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is very good because we can gather all the metrics and social networks in one file, which makes the work easier. We use the content part to classify the posts according to the client's themes and export them to Excel to produce a performance report with qualitative and quantitative data.

We use Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud mainly for scheduling social posts and monitoring our results by making reports of our social posts. Besides that, we also use it for community listening, later on also for user-generated content and social listening. In a spread out social landscape, it is very convenient to have a tool that collects all the data of the social channels in dashboards, in a similar way and very visual. There is a lot of insight and overview in this way.

  • Reporting: making dashboards with the widget, everything is very clear and well structured, a lot of filters are a plus
  • I love the tags, they make everything so easy: the calendar filters, filtering on content in reports...
  • The visibility option for only 1 specific team, so that we are not cluttered with posts/content/labels that are not from our team or market.
  • I really miss the integration of Paid Instagram numbers in the dashboards, the same way it is done for Facebook
  • I would like a filter on post type to filter out the stories in the calendar (when i don't want to see the stories in my calendar)
Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is a very broad tool, where so many social tools are included, so you don't need extra platforms (not really) to do things. And they keep developing so they are innovative and up to date. They are also very good in working with bigger businesses but still keeping them separate where needed, but also comparative where needed. It would be great if boosting could be included in the platform too.

I had previously used Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud to analyze publications. Now that I used it again, I found out that you can now connect the API and create dashboards in your own way, to have more attractive storytelling. Without a doubt, the platform is being strengthened as you can count on the options to display the data.

One of the most challenging tasks for social media management is keeping track of multiple social media accounts on multiple platforms. Emplifi is a trustworthy solution that ensures that content is published at the right moment, finding all useful information in the same place. It is making my work much easier and more efficient.

I would recommend Emplifi to a user who has many clients and many social media profiles to handle. We manage a group of freelancers all over the world with several social media accounts. The user groups are using publishing but also different dashboards to manage the daily work.

I use different Dashboards to analyse my freelancers work in the world. It's a big help to also have paid media spends in this as we need to know that the freelancers spend the media budget accordingly.

We are using it mostly for Social media purposes. Things like social listening, reporting, and KPI measurements on LinkedIn, Twitter, Insta, TikTok, and Facebook. (We are checking our post engagement rates, reach, impression rates, etc.) on a daily/weekly/ monthly basis according to internal pillars (AI, SEO, eComm, Dev content, etc.)

We use Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud for a wide variety of tasks connected to social media management, ranging from social customer service and case handling, community management, social listening, paid and organic campaign analysis, link in bio functionality, competitive benchmarking, influencer research, post scheduling, reporting, among other uses. The tool provides a great all-in-one solution to help manage social media - previously, this was very fragmented for us, and a number of different tools were being used.

In my organization we want to communicate the progress made by the goverment and the public servers. We also want to listen the needs of the people, as well as know the opinion the people have about the goverment and the public serves. With Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud we can reach an entire state or city in Mexico, even the entire country.

We use emplifi to:

- schedule our organic social media content across 4 different channels
- Analyse the performance of our content using custom dashboards
- Consolidate all social queries into one easy-to-use platform
- Create an analysis of our paid content
- create performance review presentations to report to the rest of the organisation.

Previously we had used all native applications to do these tasks, but with Emplifi, we bring it all into one platform, allowing much easier data analysis and content planning, reducing time spent on calculating cross-platform metrics, and creating our own graphs.


  • Publishing - takes a bit of time, but publishing all content together makes planning and execution much more efective
  • Community - really simple one board collecting of all our social messages makes replying simple
  • dashboards - widgets and customisation allow for multiple dashboards tracking various campaigns and goals
  • Publishing - sometimes it is a bit faulty, especially when tagging companies, or editing images natively.
  • lag - sometimes it can lag a bit unless my internet is super fast
  • Linkedin - the analysis of linkedin is much less than meta platforms
Emplifi is really suited to companies looking to bring all their social media operations into one tool, and include some better perfomance metrics than found natively, and have access to quick and easy analysis, to provide insight to the rest of your company. It has quite a lot of tricks in its bag, and is really great if you are simply used to native platforms.

It is perhaps less appropriate if you are really keen on intense scrutiny of competitors. whilst it does have a competitor tracking ability, it only has access to publicly available information, so it is not as detailed as you might want it to be. also - adding extra profiles to track costs money.

We use it primarily for quick data about our social media accounts (we currently have over 60 social media profiles). It is also easy to download fast PDF reports or powerpoint data that is easy to modify and adjust according to our needs. We have people from multiple agencies using the platform as well as top management reviewing dashboards.<br>Really nice to search for inspiration and for content we did in the past to use an example for our current digital plans.

I would recommend Emplifi if you work with multple accounts and multiple agencies/people that need access to limited profiles. It is easy to limit who can see what to avoid sharing insights with people that shouldn't have access to. Easy to understand and get a hand on by investigating the suite. Lacks a little if you need someone to give you support through the onboarding process or if you have any problems within the suite, you can contact the chat on the suite but usually takes a while to get back with a solution, or you can hope your account manager its online and willing to help you for him/her to reply to you

It helps us to manage different account without using the single platform (META, LINKEDIN, TIKTOK...) but using only one tool. It's also usefull for data elaboration, because we have a lot of account to examinate.

I've been a user of Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud for 3 years now and it was initially brought in because we were looking for an all-in-one solution for a client. Sprinklr was not only confusing and convoluted, but very expensive. After researching a number of solutions, we had an excellent demo and a 2-week trial of the tool. After the trial, we decided to move forward with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud because we needed a centralized platform to manage all of our social media accounts, in particular, TikTok. Not only could we schedule posts, respond to customer comments, but also monitor metrics and even perform social listening. All of these capabilities were within the tool. Lastly, we also use it for competitive benchmarking to get a better understanding of brand metrics and even plan for upcoming holiday campaigns.

For those looking to move to a more streamlined solution that is intuitive, easy to work with, and account management that is responsive - Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is a great solution. They particularly excel for brands that have a separate team that handles community management vs. guest service. We have two teams that have two different objectives and the way the tool is designed is perfect for our needs. Both can play in the sandbox at the same time to achieve their objectives. We didn't have that capability with other solutions. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is definitely more suited to brands that need an all-in-one solution. If you're only looking for Social listening or Content Planning and Scheduling, I wouldn't recommend this tool for one-offs.

We're new to the product but our usage revolves around analytics and reporting on the company's primary club, the Calgary Flames. Prior to signing on with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud, we did not use a third-party product to gather social data and it greatly hindered our ability to not only accurately report on social media internally but also to our sponsorship clients who have activated socials with us.

Since I work as analyst for a communication agency, with a focus on social media management, I need a tool to monitor social performance and do my reports. In the past the analytics section was the unique useful for my job, today we use the content section since we need to match the data export with other data taken from other platforms ex. Meta Business Manager. For our department adv campaign management and results are strongly linked to social performance so we need to show organic and paid data together with a specific focus on campaign.

Emplifi was employed to establish a smooth workflow for social media operations all the way from publishing to analytics. I wanted a tool that would have a strong relationship with social media platforms so that we have more capabilities than other tools and Emplifi really works with the best of what's offered with the various APIs. We needed one tool that could be useful for all staff: content creators, ads creators, social media monitoring, analytics, and brand listening.

There's an easy way to talk internally with staff to find the best response to a question or solution to a supporter/customer problem. Emplifi also makes publishing easy and efficient. The user experience is excellent for anyone looking to add more convenience to their workflow. Emplifi isn't the best platform for influencer discovery and management, but I know they have just added some new features around that for users looking for that capability.

We use this for publishing and organizing our social media posts, looking at the community for DMs and comment responses, and seeing analytics on how well our content is doing.

  • It would be great if we can create a post but can add in multiple posting dates on that one specific post. So then we don't have to make new posts or create duplicate posts each time.
It's well suited if you manage multiple social media accounts and want to schedule in advance. I also like the ability to tag companies, and the AI copy generator has been a life saver. Where it is less appropriate is when uploading Reels and TikToks as we need to do this natively to use the functionalities only found on the app.

Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud- or Socialbakers a few years ago - is a very handy tool for me to handle community requests, manage my social media editorial schedule, and evaluate almost all the activity I manage on social networks. It's important to me that I use a tool that covers all these different aspects of being a social media manager, and that I don't have to switch back and forth between different tools. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud offers me exactly that, and except for a few cuts (mostly due to the API of the respective networks), I have everything covered that I need in my everyday work.
