Engagedly is currently assisting in managing performance and employee development within our company. Prior to the rollout, we didn't have a simplified system in place. Engagedly has given us a platform that is easy to use as well as build around and address the specific needs.

Well suited for tech-savvy companies & I think you would need to utilize all of the Engagedly features for it to be effective in the business - for example, if you only use 1 or 2 features, then I don't think it would be used enough to be worth having. I really like that Engagedly incorporates a range of features to give a good overall scope of enhancing employee engagement.

  • the survey features have enabled us to run some good snapshot engagement data, and then react to the feedback quickly

Engagedly is a performance management system that allows us to set goals, conduct quarterly check-ins, and performance reviews at the end of the year as well as build learning courses, and manage to learn. The system also has a 360-degree feedback feature, Talent Card for Succession planning. 3 years ago, we were looking for a performance management system that allows us to do all performance management activities in one place, where we could track progress and align goals to see vertical alignment and contribution to goal attainment from the individual to the top level. We were talking with other vendors but Engagedly was shortlisted for their user-friendly interface and excellent customer support pre, during, and post-implementation. We are currently using the goal setting, performance review, learning, survey, and 360 feedback module and are very happy with these features. Engagedly recently upgraded its interface to make it, even more, user-friendly.
  • Goal setting: Ability to set individual OKRs, department, business unit, and top-level department OKRs; ability to align goals by level, ability to see goal hierarchy, and see how individuals making progress in their OKR impacts the overall company progress.
  • Performance reviews: ability to set cycle and customize each cycle, manage cycle at the same time or independently; ability to invite external reviewer (outside of the organization) is a huge benefit.
  • Learning: All learning courses can be hosted in the system and assigned to individuals or groups; ability to run reports
  • Analytics and reporting capability: the new interface improves this capability a lot. Data can be zoomed in and out and presented visually for employees and managers
  • Learning: improve the ability to assign multiple courses at one time to 1 or a group of employees; ability to categorize courses more effectively.
  • Survey: ability to send multiple surveys at different timeframes to different users
  • Goals: ability to add KRs to top levels, business units and department goals
Well, suite: for small and medium organizations. For a medium-sized business like ours, Engagedly is a great choice. We are very happy with what Engagedly has to offer. Their customer support team is one of the best. They respond very quickly. Less appropriate for bigger organizations as their data analytics capability is still limited.

OKRS setting and performance management was a concern area for us, as we did not have any platform to capture and define them. Engagedly is a user-friendly tool, easy to manage, and is proving a great product for us. Managers are finding it extremely helpful to evaluate and check their team performance on real-time bases. HR team on the other hand is finding it a great product to capture performance reviews.

Extremely prompt response. They would go above and beyond to make sure that customers are happy and they would provide full support till customers are comfortable. Every modification /requirement is taken seriously with defined timelines and in most cases, they are met. People are humble, polite, and understanding. Engagedly is used within our organization for job postings, shout-outs amongst peers, and training courses. It allows for a connection within the company to be in the know about positions both within your department as well as in other departments. Engagedly allows for acknowledgment of colleague successes and appreciation. The training courses allow for a comprehensive approach to satisfy documentation of training.
