We help our clients manage their Eventbrite accounts, ensure it's a smooth process for their end users and maintain the integration with their website for a great user experience. Eventbrite has helped many of our clients host their events with ease and allow their end users to navigate and use their website through this process in an easy way. In addition, it's been a cost effective program for our clients of all sizes to use.

Eventbrite is a great tool for a variety of different sized clients and also a variety of industries. We've had success in setting this up and maintaining it for clients who are on the smaller side with just a few events a year and we've also had ones that are much larger offering many more sessions/events annually. We've also been able to successfully scale the type of events that our clients have needed because of the offerings within Eventbrite.

We use Eventbrite to organize tour groups who come to see our university campus. It allows us to obtain information about our tour groups, organize them into smaller subgroups dependant on faculty, and assign tour guides with similar experiences to prospective students. It is also helpful for understanding how many people are coming on our tours (daily) and assigning the appropriate amount of tour guides.

Pros

It allows us to obtain information about event attendees, which helps in providing a great guest experience.
It gives us a perspective number of attendees, which is important when determining how many tour guides to assign to a group for a day.
It allows us to keep track of any special tours we may have.

Cons

I think that the embedding feature needs to be bettered.
I would like if the analytics were a bit better.

Likelihood to Recommend

Eventbrite is really well suited for organizing events and providing a way to get information from attendees. We use it for reoccurring events and also for special events such as semesterly open houses. It helps us to know how many people are showing up and organizing the correct amount of employees accordingly.

We use Eventbrite to handle our events from several different divisions This allows us a very organized reporting factor as well as allowing us to use profiles to list all events related to that division. Having quick access to funds is also a plus as they deposit quickly into our account with easy tracking from the events.

Pros

Cross marketing and advertising of "like events".
Mobile sales and reporting.
Data collection on participants.

Cons

Grouping of "like" tickets within folders on event page.
More customization on the event page layout (adding videos, maps, etc in a block for easier layout customization).
Allow for a more "White Labeled" look.
Domain masking would be nice.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for quick registrations (parties, Galas, etc). Not so good for events where groups may return to buy extra tickets. Each purchase is an order in the reporting and it would be nice if the orders were grouped together to allow for easier reporting. If you have multiple price points but a limited amount that you are able to sell, you must modify the subsequent price point ticket availability to reduce overselling the event.
