By utilizing the AD attributes, and in conjuction with Azure AD Connect, we are able to leverage these properties to manage from on-prem AD. This makes the administrative overhead easy to manage. Having a single pane of glass to manage the content that the signature templates use, makes sure that you know the source of the data populating the signature.

We have had to engage support a few times, and although they are always quick to communicate, the 1st level technicians don't always provide the solution. Usually we have to climb the support ladder to get to a resolution. This is more of a time consuming factor, and not one I consider to be high on the scale when rating a product or solution.

We implemented Exclaimer to save us time and effort in creating email sigs. It also provides us with more scope for creating campaign assets and unifying the messages across all users. Since implementing Exclaimer, we haven't considered any other option because it works so well for what we need it for.

We have not needed support as yet because most operations are easy enough to work out yourself. Any task that proves beyond most uses can be solved with a quick Google search. This is a little difficult to answer as support is not needed very often and most issues are minor and can be solved via forums or blog posts from other users.

Exclaimer Cloud- Signatures for Office 365 is excellent for mid-sized to large businesses that use Office 365 or Gmail for business email. It allows all users to have a unified layout for email signatures. Changes can be made in one place for marketing pushes, rebranding, and renaming. It also utilizes user attributes from Azure AD or the Gmail user account. This means employee transfers, promotions, or other changes are reflected in signatures in real-time.

The support we have received from Exclaimer Cloud-Signatures for Office 365 has been acceptable overall. However, there was an incident where Exclaimer stopped processing mail from Office 365 due to an expiring certificate. I and many others in the industry tried contacting them via any channel but were unable to get it resolved until Exclaimer engineers arrived during regular support hours. This resulted in several hours of downtime for email. This indicates two significant problems. First, there is no one to manage critical outages during off-hours whatsoever. Second, there is insufficient monitoring when it comes to their application. We treat email as a top-tier application due to our industry, and this was a critical outage for our business.

For any user of Microsoft Office 365, this product would work well. users are typically used to creating their own signature - with all the pitfalls that go along with it. With Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365, administrators (or Marketing/Communication team) can create and manage signatures and/or disclaimers company-wide.

I love the fact that Exclaimer Cloud sends out notifications when the system is experiencing issues. Calls into the support desk have been answered quickly and with little drama.
