The new editor improved the ease of use considerably, this was a welcome improvement

The guides provided by Exclaimer have always been very accurate and helped in deployment and updating anything along the way that needed to be with regards to Office 365 integration (Update to rules etc have been done by a wizard presented to you within the console)

I feel the setup was simple enough. And if one was having issues or hardships with it, their support is very responsive and knowledgeable. With the use of a deployment tool such as Endpoint Central, pushing it out to your entire Org is also a breeze.

Allows us to setup multiple different signatures for specific branches or departments due to them requiring different banners etc.
It also maintains the signature for people who use their emails on the go and access them from mobile devices.

On the whole, very easy to work with, but we have had issues with the font sizes in signatures when trying to make a change. The rest has been really easy and the ability to copy signatures makes creation much quicker.

It's really easy to setup and maintain, the on screen editor could do with being a bit more user friendly. It makes the learning curve a little bit steeper, however once you learn your way around this issue fades away. I always struggle to find the web page to download the agent, I would really like to see this as a hyperlink in the footer of the homepage. These are my main reasons for giving a score of 9 and not 10

While it does require some IT skills to deploy, its wizards and ease of use make it a dream product to work with. The ability to connect to our office 365 platform was easily achieved through the wizards along with the setup guides which showed us how and what DNS records needed to be changed.

In the order that I recall the setup process:
Signature templates need to be set up (attribute mapping to AD)
Office 365 connector needs to be set up (global admin needed and exclaimer engineer for guidance)
Signature policies need to be set up (who gets which signatures)
Office membership groups need to be setup (who in the org will use exclaimer)
Members need to be added to those groups (user membership)
Agents need to be deployed on the end-user hosts (local agent)

Exclaimer is straight forward to set up and install, and provides extra features that show client side signatures. It's easy to update from any device and we've not had any bugs or technical issues. The only thing that could be improved is the creativity in the builder and providing more templates

I have created from scratch and did it without reading any documentation. It was super easy to figure out and the signature turned out great and only needed a little tweaking. Then I was asked to make some changes and again, it was simple to get them enacted and rolled out.

Simple to implement for all employees. Also like that reply signatures can be slightly modified to be more concise vs the original email signature. This makes it simple to read through a thread, and shortens the overall thread, while still knowing who the sender was throughout the thread. With a few settings, we can automate how signatures and reply signatures appear across the organization!

Exclaimer is extremely intuitive. The entire setup and config of the Cloud offering is a very slick and quick process. Once set up you can use SSO to log on, which is much easier than having another account and password you have to remember. The creating and managing of email signatures and disclaimer templates is so simple, thanks to the drag-and-drop template builder.

I rated ten because it is very difficult to give support to each user on creating and adding signature through outlook emails; with the help of exclaimed, it is super easy to setup every user's signature without knowing the end user they don't have to waste any time in doing a signature task, it saves time for both support team and end user.
