Before implementing the Exclaimer solution into the business we suffered the usual problems managing email signatures for almost 200 employees, content was often left to individual users and keeping signatures consistent was virtually impossible. Enter Exclaimer and all departments have their own signatures, based on the corporate theme, contact details are drawn from our M365 profiles and we have even started to schedule signature changes based on offers, projects and time of year. Our Marketing department is now looking to see what benefits can be derived form the Marketing Cloud offering so that they can tailor signatures based on the returned analytics. Exclaimer has definitely saved us on support time and with the addition of the Marketing Cloud may even help us with income generation in the future.

Within our business, we have four areas of delivery that are essentially sub-brands. Each sub-brand has its own identity, but they need to be in keeping with the main brand. To ensure individuality and consistency the brand team needed to manage all signatures but have the ability to make them slightly different for each team. Updating signatures and adding/deleting signatures also needed to be quick and easy.

As a reseller we provide Exclaimers services to our clients to provide centralised Email Signatures for all users across all devices. It ensures legal compliance through the use of disclaimers and a standard branding for all emails sent by our clients. The systems provides an easy to use platform for signature design and implementation and allows for some advanced techniques for applying edge case email signatures to users. The platform integrates well with Microsoft 365 and makes it easy to deploy signatures quickly.

We use Exclaimer to ensure company wide legal signatures in all our mails. As we have a lot of BYOD users, Exclaimer is very helpful to „catch them all“ and avoid single/manual created signatures with wrong information. The template mechanism and targeting with AD groups makes it very way to set up and maintain.

We had to standardise signatures that customers would see accross all locations from retail and head office. Exclaimer integrates with Microsoft365 very easlily and it was quick and simple to setup. Geenrating rules for certain staff and different times of the year is also very useful.

We had many different signatures being used across the organization, so Exclaimer has allowed us to maintain a consistent brand for our customers by everyone having the proper brand guidelines within their signature.

We use this software for our client's signatures and it is extremely easy to configure and deploy. Editing the signatures is much less hassle than other software we have used previously, as what you see in the preview is what the actual signature looks like! The ability to set timers for when signatures are live is very useful when our clients have promotion campaigns for certain periods. Would definitely recommend this solution.

We use Exclaimer to manage and deploy professional signatures around our entire business, without the need for users to interact. These signatures are deployed through easy to use dynamic 365 groups that provide a level of ease and automation that is not provided by any other software. Allowing our IT department to manage this means that the remaining employees around the business and departments do not have to worry about what is displayed to their clients, and any amendments are quick and easy as all our data is pulled straight from Active Directory.

Exclaimer is a signature add-on utility within our M365/O365 platform. Azure AD is configured with our "signature" groups. Users in these groups will have a company signature at the bottom of all outgoing Outlook emails. It is highly configurable, allowing consistent branded content to reach email recipients. The problem of looking for updated contact information for a company or knowing what department customers may be interacting with is instantly solved. Furthermore, we have also configured a "signature w/bookings" group allowing for a MS Bookings link attached to signatures of key users to support our showroom appointment system with integration into our w/MS Outlook Calendars.

Utilize Exclaimer to standardize signatures across the organization for full-time employees. Allows us to present a unified message and brand, as well as customize signatures for key groups with ease. Removes the necessity to manually create images as signatures for individuals which are not readable by accessible tech. Ensures information in signatures is accurate (i.e. proper job titles), and since tied to AAD properties we are able to 'automate' the assigning and updating of user signatures through our Identity Management process.

Exclaimer is a great tool to unify the signature experience from our organization. We had trouble getting a consistent signature applied individually, but with exclaimer, we no longer have this issue. We build templates for each job type and for special marketing campaigns. All users are affected by the new exclaimer system and it has made new user setups much easier.

Exclaimer gives us the oportunity to design and enrole a common mail signatur for the whole oraganisation using both Outlook, OWA and mobile phone for mail signatures.

We use Exclaimer as a central part to distribute the signature for all employees at mobile phones and Outlook. Before we realised it with Group Policies and that was difficult to handle. We searched a tool that all employess get the same signature on all devices. And that is what Exclaimer can do in a easy way.

In the past, we had to reply on email communications to ensure staff change their signatures but nothing to enforce such directive. This causes several different versions of our signature ranging from designs that were spanned across several years.

We have roughly 80 employees split in 3 offices in two States. Every department has a different signature, and we need to change the banner periodically. That's when Exclaimer comes in place. We use AzureAD and we need the integration between Azure and Exclaimer. Also, we have several shared mailboxes with a specific signature each. We use Office365 Apps.
