I expected EZ Texting to be difficult like other sources. I was very surprised how easy it was to get up and started with EZ Texting. I was able to achieve the onboarding process within 10-15 minutes. It felt almost like second nature to use it. I didn't have to purchase a separate phone number or connect it any other software or platform.

There are some things that can be improved due to the original intent is for large business contacts. I am currently using this platform to communicate with students, and thus the interface while simple, does not have the creativity to build and enhance communication for the educational setting.

I think it is straightforward to use. UX is always challenging, and the platform does an excellent job of making it easy enough to use. However, it's not 100% intuitive and takes just a bit of figuring out, so I gave it an 8 / 10. It's easy enough as is, but of course, it could always be better.

I am in my 60s and not tech-savvy. However, this program is easy to use, even for me! With AI offering several ways of wording what I am trying to say, I can choose the message best suited for our customer base. This program could not be more accessible!

As previously said, the user interface was just not the best. It was difficult to navigate the website and try to train another person to use it. When you accidentally click off of the message you're preparing, it is difficult to figure out how to get back to the message you were preparing—messages, even when people would. Unsubscribed would still end up in the main portion of the received text, even after filtering it out. Sometimes, when I would look at and reply to a text message, it would still show up in dark black, making it look like there was something there, but there wasn't. We also have people who requested more information, and they would show up in the unsubscribed area. Lastly, the notifications. Maybe this was something on my end, but it would have been nice to be notified when someone replies because we would always have to have EZ texting open and check it every day to see if someone replied, but with the issues of seeing messages that were possibly received (but not really received) it was confusing to try and keep up.

We love the text feature and use it often. The program is easy to use and has many options to try for sending out text messages at a later time do you choose to do so which we utilize often during holidays. This has helped us a lot when we are out of office but still need to communicate

I give a 10 rating but we only use EZ Texting for basic mass communication. I have no experience setting up an automated or drip campaigns. The mass text mesaage campaigns are extremely easy to use especially with the AI suggested live copy assistant! the reporting is very user friendly and easy to understand as well.

As I mentioned before, after reviewing the other 12 or so text companies, this platform was easy to use like a kiosk for a machine like the old Netflix/Redbox rentals. It was straight forward, easy on the eyes and brain. I just wanted to have texts with a pic and a link without limits at a decent price.

The layout menu could be better. One thing that throws me off a little is that there is an inbox button, but to see sent messages, you click campaigns. While I understand the thought process behind it, seeing the words "outbox/sent clicks better with the brain and is often laid out this way on other platforms (email, text, etc.)

EZ Texting's set-up was easy and straightforward. All instructions were clearly stated. It's very easy to upload contacts or edit individual contacts. The ability to put contacts in groups is very helpful - and that a contact could be in more than one group. The process of sending a text is clearly presented. It's helpful to have everything you need on one screen when creating a group text: the visual phone screen, letter count, personalization tokens, SMS, MMS, etc. Concerning responses back in the EZ Texting inbox: it was sometimes frustrating that after a text was read, it would still be listed as unread in the count. I would have to go back and reread all of them as I thought there were new responses.
