Perhaps unlike many users, our company uses EZ Texting for message distribution to our entire workforce located throughout the state. Messaging includes (but not limited to) access to our company newsletter, event invitations, morale boosters, important notices affecting job sites, and general company announcements. We are able to contact our employees reliably and quickly and have found a much higher read and response rate over email.
  • Account set up was easy and clearly outlined
  • Contact list creation and editing - love the group feature, easy to upload lists or modify individual listings
  • Reporting/reports were helpful and easy to understand
  • Consistency in delivery of messages
  • Website - using links is frustrating as activating the actual link is often not the word for the link but the space under the word or place that one usually expects. So, you can "click" over and over again and nothing happens till you find the exact spot.
  • Often times when I would search for a contact using a name, nothing would appear (except the message "this contact doesn't exist). When I would search using the phone number the contact would come up (with the name I searched for previously.)
  • The pricing structure for smaller businesses is pretty steep - $75 monthly for only 500 credits and no rollover. Plus the extra charge for added speed.
We've found that our employees are way more engaged with company communication by text over email. We send out notices for company-wide Zoom/Teams meetings and have increased our participation by 50%. Link tracking in text messaging similar to what is available with email services like HubSpot is extremely valuable, which helps us learn what works well. We can send messages that disperse important announcements of upcoming deadlines, new employee opportunities (professional development), and timely job site information such as weather related closures.

I work for a church and we use EZ Texting as a marketing tool. We send out over one hundred texts every month with EZ Texting to let local families know about upcoming events that our church is hosting. EZ Texting has been one of the most effective ways of getting information into people's hands quickly.

  • Going from contact lists right to sending a message.
Sending promotional content to more than twenty people is definitely a task for EZ Texting. When you are communicating with people outside your organization and you don't want to give out your personal information, this is a great platform that allows you to do just that. For smaller-scale communication, this platform is not necessary.

EZ Texting is exactly that. Easy. I tried a competitor company and it just didn’t work. So many glitches. I found EZ Texting and got started right away. It’s also terrific that we get to decide how much we want to spend as we go. It’s not a hefty monthly commitment. Pay as you go is great. I wish it had a few more features but for now it’s been a good move for us and is helping my business.

They also have a AI feature that help me with making sure I'm speaking the correct way to my audience. Rather that's professsional, goofy, informational, soft spoken, however they assit. very useable tool, and a very great price.

I love that I had the option too get my message re-typed for errors. and also I love the fact that I can send my supervisor a report of how many times I used this tool, that helps them want to pay for this moving forward. However, our last step is EZ Texting if they have not engaged with us prior, and texting allows us to communicate with them if they didn't answer a email or a call from us.

EZ Texting is the main program we use at The Music Yard for communicating with our clients, wether it is 1-on-1 communication, or group communication. It's easy to use, but also has a ton of really great features! From the web browser, to the Ipad, and Iphone apps EZ Texting work great across all platforms, and with multiple users on at the same time. EZ Texting has helped optimize our time and makes it real quick and easy to communicate with clients and with our staff. You could definitely use EZ Texting to your benefit!

Our company works in the highway maintenance industry where most of our employees are located out in the field, with no access to computers for email communication. We have found EZ Texting to be the perfect tool for reaching our employees and sharing important company announcements. We have also included links to safety videos for our employees to watch, which helps us comply with DOT regulations. Overall we are quite pleased with the user experience that EZ Texting provides.

  • It would be helpful if EZ Texting could recommend credit purchases based on texting trends (AI tool?)
  • Adding an AI feature to the text message would help with optimizing message content.
It is important to remember this communication tool is strictly one-way communication. One (minor) issue we have had is when employees respond to a text message, thinking it is going out to all employees, or all in the text group. When in fact it all comes directly to the account owner. I recommend periodic employee surveys to collect feedback from your teams.

We use EZ Texting to message internal employees. We are able to use the EZ Texting API to keep our contacts and groups in sync from our internal system so that we don't have to waste time keeping another system up to date.

Our recruiting department uses EZ Texting for mass text blitzes to prospects, to inform them of job opportunities within our company.

  • The app lacks UI. Difficult to initiate new messages, lots of things
  • I often click on Inbox but it doesn't pop up. I have to click other menu items, then click on Inbox for it so show up
  • It is difficult to find individuals. In the Contacts page, in All Contacts, I almost never get results when I type first, space, last name. I can even have a contact listed on the search page, I'm looking right at it, but if I type their name, it shows no results. VERY frustrating
EZ Texting is well suited for doing mass text campaigns, not good for initiating/conducting one on one text messages. It is not good for someone who is not resourceful in finding solutions without support. The UI is not good, the site is not insightful, and has quirks that make it frustrating unless you are patient and able to chase down solutions.

we use easy texting to notify our contacts that our photo galleries are up and when they are expiring. Mostly, it has been a very positive experience. However, Some phone number not uploading correctly. And bounced texts for verified account numbers.

I utilize EZ Texting to send out daily Bible verses to a network of current and former youth and youth workers I have been involved with. The ease of use of EZ Texting allows me to focus on the content I send, and not the process I use. The cost of EZ Texting makes this part of my ministry very cost effective. I can continue having contact with this network at a very reasonable cost.

EZ Texting is best suited for someone who does not want to get bogged down in the minutia of how to send a text campaign. The dashboard is simple but can be expanded as needed. Reports are quick to find. Larger companies will like the routing feature that EZ Texting provides so that text messages go to the correct person. Best of all - outstanding and caring Customer Service. Above and beyond anything I could expect.

I started using EZ testing to boost engagement as an alternative to e-blasts. I was told by coaches at Tom Ferry that texts are shown to be much more effective than e-mails, and that was evident to me the first day I started using the app. I love that it notifies me on my cell phone as well, so I don't have to keep checking inside the app. This is a better way for me to notify my clients about any new listings- instead of waiting for clients to find them on Streeteasy, or Zillow, or to open my e-mails knowing that so many have SPAM settings and never see my emails. Thanks to EZ texting, I am able to get ahead of competitors and stay front and center with my clients. With the click of a button, I can text my entire database and be assured that the message didn't fall through the cracks. I will continue to use this product and will recommend it to other brokers and anyone else in the sales or service industry. Thank you.<br>

For me, getting a new listing means that I am racing against a clock as well as other competitors to find a buyer. Sometimes 3 or 4 agents will be sending a listing to the same buyer. The ability to text multiple buyers at once means that I can get my listing in the hands of a buyer first - and EZ texting helps me stay in front of my buyers, and I never have to worry about losing credibility when other agents reach my buyer first.

We use it to invite customers to special events, sales, and hidden offers that we don't advertise on other platforms. We typically send 1-3 blasts every 6 weeks or so, and it's proven to drive lots of traffic to our physical retail store. We plan on using it to drive e-commerce sales in the near future.

  • Their user interface is easier to use than most
  • I would like to see more phone support
  • Not mixing customer back-and-forth messages with our campaigns.

EZ Texting is great if you're running a special promotion or offer. We also find that have a link in your text - to either a landing page or a catalogue of some sort - is key to getting the best response.

I would say a bi-weekly or monthly text routine is key, but daily may burn your list.

Also, I wouldn't use it on a cold list, as it's not only illegal, but also your audience will be less responsive. You need to make sure your contacts are opted-in for receiving text. Then it's a super weapon.

We use EZ Texting to communicate with candidates and our current employees. The product helps with time consuming phone calls and with dealing with a younger generation, who are not keen to answering phone calls.

  • Allows multiple messages to be sent, if you are sending a large message.
  • Copy & Paste while using the app would be nice :)

EZ Texting has provided us with a lot of different solutions with our Marketing and Advertising Department and is proving itself to be worth more than its weight in gold. The platform is so straightforward and simple that a novice user will be able to handle complicated tasks. We have also taken advantage of its API resources to automate our SMS campaigns.

We use EZ-text as a quick way to send messages to our staff when there are short-notice shifts available in our group homes. We've been using it for quite a few years now. The website is easy to use.
