I'm mostly the person who manages the Page, looks at insights, boost posts, schedule posts, etc. As a solopreneur, it pretty much all falls on me. However, a couple of times, I have had an intern assist with social media, and that's the case at this moment. My current intern also schedules posts occasionally and looks at insights. But she doesn't use it in-depth either.

These team members are in the marketing department and support our one hundred plus local branches' Facebook Pages Manager. We handle making most of the updates on behalf of our local offices so they can focus on their work.

They help with the content management and comment moderation on our organization's page. It's also great that, if you have multiple Pages for multiple identities/brands, FPM keeps them separate so users using one Page don't have access to another.

The main users of Facebook Pages Manager are the two social teams we have - main and sport. However, it is Facebook Business Manager we use mostly. Business Manager allows us to open more tabs and gives us more information about our posts than Pages does.

The four people in our organization that use Facebook Pages Manager represent the marketing department, the sales department, the customer service department and operations. It's simple for all four to get the information needed from Facebook Pages Manager fast and without needing to wait for reports to export or having to copy and paste information from other sites.

They post updates to keep our consumers engaged in activities that are either weekly or monthly. We also use it to create events and market those events. This lets us see if we are hitting the correct demographic using analytics. Additionally, there are two pages so admins can both handle a separate page.
