  • The reporting difference between FB data and our internal data seems to be more off than for any other comparable ad channel we use.
  • Customer service is tough as chat is the only option. It also occasionally goes down which can create challenges. Always dealing with a new customer service rep versus other services like AdWords where we have one dedicated rep.
  • The channel in general has a huge audience but traffic intent is much lower than AdWords and other targeted marketing channels.

  • Facebook's ad targeting is incredible. Perhaps second to Google, but not by much. I've generated fantastic ROI with every client who has used Facebook Ads.
  • Business Manager has been a revelation for agencies. One account to manage a large amount of clients is critical.
  • For the basic social media manager it can be cumbersome to access page notifications and messages via Business Manager instead of through the page.

  • From an Agency standpoint, Facebook for Business has certainly increased employee efficiency in managing ad campaigns as well as page content creation and management.
  • Since we use it as an agency we have seen lots of positive impacts. One of our clients is a casual sit down restaurant. Facebook for Business has helped them spread the word about a new location through the ad manager tool. On top of that, the insights tool gave us great information on what post where performing.
  • We've seen positive impacts for e-commerce clients as well. We work with a client who previous to bringing us on board had run very limited advertising. After giving us access to their page through Facebook for Business, we were able to increase sales by 300% just by utilizing Facebook ads.
