- Certain reporting functions have improved our process efficiency
- Ability to download report into Excel in different formats is very helpful. The reports come out looking better formatted than in database view

Not-For Profit Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT Customer
- Record accuracy has gone up with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT. We are able to keep everything separate using both natural accounts and projects.
- The AP module has increased our speed in issuing checks. We are able to easily review and see where approvals may be stuck in order to get checks out promptly.
- The approval chains and easily viewed records of approvals have helped our auditors easily track processes for internal control walkthroughs.

Improved productivity
- It has really cut off an amazing amount of time when running reports as the information is there automatically after entering an invoice or deposit. Our old system was much more time consuming.
- Budgets can build a scenario based on this year's figures and load the budget with a sought after % increase in Revenues.
- Entering Payables is less time-consuming and there are checks and balance in place. From entering the payables, the approvals are seamless.
- Financial Reporting has a lot of options and the ease of creating a custom report is there. The built-in reports are well set up so I don't spend time creating my own but there is not too many reports so I don't get caught up with all the options.

- we can run reports for specific codes to get a snapshot of expense for a grant that may need direct expense reporting
- product does seem a bit pricey, if you want additional tools, they cost, non profit versus for profit users
- Budget process efficiency and transparency has increased
- Expense management and month end close has enhanced accountability
- Reporting functionality has helped us make better strategic business decisions

Beware - proceed with extreme caution!!!!!
- NONE!!!! It has used up so much time fighting that we regret the change

- The reporting features that include unposted entries and can be run on-demand to see a year to date budget comparison, have certainly made it easier to stay on task and within budget.
- We have been able to integrate some of the fundraising features into Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT; consolidating to one system for tracking all key financial parameters, has been invaluable.
- The budget partner (Zai?) is absolutely terrible and a huge waste of time and money; it does not integrate as advertised and is constantly "broken/down" on our end. It is not as advertised and honestly shouldn't be promoted by Blackbaud - it's that terrible.
- I've only had 1 year with this software and not a manager, not sure I can answer this properly.

FENXT has been a pleasant move for us.
- I don't know about the ROI but for me, it doesnt take as long to process checks it's less time-consuming than our previous software.
