We recently added the AR function to our FinancialForce instance. It's primarily utilized by the finance team, but "it takes a village" and supported by our sales and CSM teams. Due to a divestiture, it was the tool that freed us from the mothership.

Again, it's a one-stop-shop and once you're up and running is a simple monthly AR process. The difficulties are in getting up and running.
