FreeConferenceCall.com is much cheaper than Zoom overall and on a per-user count. We also believe the ease of use is more beneficial with FreeConferenceCall vs. Zoom. It is easier to set up than Zoom and offers quicker support. Being the admin of the call is also super easy.

I chose FreeConferenceCall.com because it gave me exactly what I needed: an inexpensive platform to conduct a group prayer call. This service was easy to set up, easy to use, and until recently, free. I did not research any other services extensively because FreeConferenceCall.com gave me exactly what I needed and for years worked perfectly, until recently, when my callers had difficulty dialing in and were repeatedly bumped off. And the true issue for me is when I called customer support to inquire, the rep gave me a nonsense answer blaming the problems on a law that was passed. I knew that answer made no sense.

So this doesn't have the polish that say Zoom or Teams has, but for free, you can't complain. The real big unknown is anything to do with security where a product like Teams is great. Zoom and Teams seem to have become standard that everyone has installed and is familiar with, but the adjustment to FCC is pretty fast and painless.

The biggest plus with FreeConferenceCall.com is that you don't get dropped. Users can easily call in with the same number each time. There is rarely a time when you can't get a call started. And above all else there is no charge.

I've used Zoom when other people have selected the platform for video conferences. I've never installed and set it up but as a user calling in, I always thought it seemed a little clunky. I know it's become the standard, but I was never wow-ed by it. FreeConferenceCall.com though always seemed very streamlined to me though And not only that - they do have the word "Free" in their name, which makes it an easy choice to start with.

We have an internal telephony system, which we use for internal conference calling. We use freeconferencecall.com for calls with multiple outside parties, so that they can call in at their convenience. We have not used alternatives to freeconferencecall.com that would also allow that convenience.
