This is my second software which I am using in my field but the best software am experiencing

Am handling Accounts module but all modules in this Fresa software is best to our team

The main highlight of this Fresa software is its very user friendly and smooth access at anytime 24/7

The Fresa support teams cooperation is highly appreciated and to me Ms.Abarna's support is highly valuable.

Fresa Gold application to reduce the data entry work to easily create the vouchers. Batch processing to use change the voucher status. WhatsApp update to the customer. We can send the outstanding to the customer to the mail and WhatsApp, duplicate entries are restricted, Thailand specs are available.

We are using Fresa gold software for the whole organization from sales, customer service, operations, documentation and accounts. We are generating all the management reports from the system to see the performance of the organization. We are handling sea freight and air freight shipments in Fresa gold. Preparing the quotation, getting approval from customers, creating the bookings, generating jobs, sending the invoices based on quotation, attaching the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin into the system. Very user friendly system, getting the support on time thru ticket system.

As we are using Fresa gold for more than 5 years, the support team is very good with proactive responses. As Fresa Team is also from freight forwarding industry, most of the solutions are already available in the software. Fresa blog has answers for most of the questions. All the doubts are cleared then and there because they are arranging daily training sessions (5pm IST).
