Pros: All-in-one Platform: Many users have found it helpful to have all the candidates in one place with the necessary information to determine their requirements. This feature has made it easier for them to move forward in the hiring process. Efficient Job Application Process: Users appreciate that the software makes it easy to apply for jobs, saving them time and making the application process more efficient. They can simply log in and quickly see what sub-jobs are available and which ones are not. Aggregated Job Openings: Users like that the software aggregates all job openings in the district in one place, which is better than spending hours searching for jobs on different websites. Additionally, they mention that the software does not have ads like other job search sites.

Confusing Navigation: Some users have found the navigation of the postings with potential candidates to be initially confusing and clunky, making it difficult to locate posted positions within the platform.

Deceptive Rating Scores: Reviewers have expressed concern that the rating scores for candidates can sometimes be misleading, as some higher-rated candidates do not actually meet the minimum requirements for the position they are being rated on.

It is used to enter all of our job openings and then for those who apply to use for the application process. It is able to address the issues of candidates turning in incomplete applications because it keeps them on track and lets them know what else they have left to complete. In addition, if they want to apply for more than one opening they have no redundancy they can just use the same documents.
  • Organized the process of hiring and introducing the job listing details to the public.
  • For applicants it allows them to get their documents and application together at their own pace.
  • It saves the data and allows a person to be a perpetual applier, they can just reuse their historical data.
  • It could modernize the look and feel, it is starting to look dated to me.
  • All the places that use it look the same to me as well, it should be more customizable per the company.
I would say if you have a large scale operation and need to do a great deal of hiring you can not make a mistake using Frontline. In a smaller (less than 1000) organization it may be overkill, I can not say really because that is not my scenario, but in my experience, it has been very worthwhile to have our organization use it for hiring and maintaining our hiring database.

  • It has made the process of posting more streamlined.
  • There is a process and we can do a cost analysis, whereas before it was hit or miss.
Frontline by far had the most user-friendly features, some others could do as many or close to as many things but they were not as user-friendly.

  • It is able to help advertise and streamline a position
  • It is able to help determine candidate once the mandatory requirements are decided upon
  • It is a whole department solution, meaning it keeps an robust applicant database and employment opportunity database.
It is an excellent product for hiring and for the applicants.
