Implementation was a breeze -- Fuze provides a dedicated onboarding team with a project manager that assists you in the configuration and rollout of the system. There are plenty of forms and guides to ensure that everything is accounted for and tested prior to flipping the switch. I would rate this as one of the strongest features of the Fuze system.

Implementation was a snap. We setup phones ahead of time and as number ported over we installed the new phones with no issues or interruption in service. The only issues we had during implementation was numbers not being able to be ported to the Fuze platform due to current provider not being able to port out numbers.

We were assigned an extremely good implementation team with great technicians, project manager, and customer success team. The key to all project teams, in my opinion, is having the correct people and we certainly did.

Basecamp and a great team made it the smoothest rollout of a large infrastructure project I have been involved with. Flawless setup in both locations, USA and Holland, every device set up and delivered as promised. Their process was extremely well-defined and the rollout was easy and on time.

Ensure that the headsets you choose are compatible with Fuze features. Test audio quality and ensure numbers are ported over and test numbers . Have weekly calls at first to address any issues. Ensure that support is aware of the SLA's and have an Customer Success Manager and Escalations individual who you can contact in case of any urgent\critical issues.

They did what we asked of them. Our needs have now changed and it doesn't support what we want. They were upfront in implementation and helped us get to a good state. Recommend for small users

Several thing went wrong doing the implementation. I think is was our account manager. The call center wasn't receiving calls, some lines didn't get ported. Their were other issues to point out, but eventually things got straightened out. We had a dedicated support person doing implementation which is very important.

We didn't start out with Fuze as our initial company, we were originally with ThinkingPhones. When they were purchased by Fuze the switch over to their systems was pretty much seamless. There was no noticeable downtime and we didn't have any phones that were not working after the changeover was made.

Implementation was a few years ago. The only major issue we ran into was overloading the provisioning servers. We were onboarding individual offices and our larger offices are 500 to 1000 users. Turning on that many phones at once overloaded the system and slowed our cut nights dramatically. Since then, the process has become much smoother but we still occasionally run into issues.

The deployment was relatively well executed, but the after sales support is poor when it comes to followup and ensuring the customer is benefiting from the full features.

The only issue that we experienced during implementation was with porting. We made the decision to port at the end of the process and use temporary remote call forwards until we were finished with implementation. We have 17 sites, and it would have been better to port as we went along during implementation. Any issues that arose were fully addressed by the porting team.
