We are using it as an all in one marketing communication package. The advanced email automation (that just got a new function of graphical campaign builder) is very handy. Also, my subscription includes a live chat and a chatbot and both works well with my sites. Also, we are using the knowledge base as an internal knowledge sharing tool. It's a good alternative for other Saas solutions.

It definitely works great for email marketing campaigns with automation and emails. These are the basic features and if you are looking for excellent service, then it's a great tool. If you're only looking for knowledge base software, then this service is a bit overkill.

I like I got almost all the must have tools in one pack for communication. Advanced email automation that is just got a new function of graphical campaign builder. Also, my subscription is include a live chat and a chat bot and both works well with my sites. No slowing down or other script issues that are not common in this kind of services.
If I had an issue the team was super responsive and helpful, that is essential for every business. The email delivery is great, so virtually no email has landed into spam folder.
Finally, the knowledge base is an excellent alternative for other Saas solutions. We just started to use this feature and our team is very satisfied with the results.
Interface: I like the UI that is modern, simple but highly usable. The developer is keeping taking care of it and the user experience is constantly evolving.

Well, honestly the main differentiator was the friendlier pricing. Gist does not have the same heavy foundation as ActiveCampaign has but Gist is constantly evolving so we can't complain.
Also, the super responsive support is helping us to trust in the company and its future.
The powerful feature set and the implementation is sometimes over deliver than we excepted.
Company marketing with email automation and live chat window. It's maintain the contact with the current and the potential future clients. Also, the knowledge base is helping our internal team members and the clients keep aligned with the most important topics. It's super helpful in the situations when someone has questions but our support is out of office.
For the email marketing automation, the basic skills are the empathy (it's a soft skill), excellent writing skills and precise analytic mind to check the results. The chat function needs superb writing skills in English and patience to understand the people on the other side of the line. The knowledge base is also need this writing skills but more importantly to know the support topics in depth.

Gist is a quite reliable service with a lot of added values. We don't need to pay for different Saas for these important features. If I had an issue the team was super responsive and helpful, that is essential for every business. The email delivery is great, so virtually no email has landed into spam folder.
Intercom was our chosen chat service but with Gist we can get this feature with other helpful functions in one package. We needed an all in one solution instead of a plethora of different services. Also, we don't want to pay for unnecessary amount of money so Gist was an obvious choice.

We use Gist for day to day support with clients and website visitors. We utilize this all-in-one marketing automation software on 3 of our websites tackling anything from websites issues to lead generation and answering product related questions. We also use it to communicate and interact with users on a regular basis.
  • Awesome online support team.
  • Wordpress integration.
  • Excellent knowledge base functionality.
  • Improve the email editor. The text sometimes has different text size proportions (links).
Gist is a perfect all-in-one marketing tool with great ease of use that will be very favourable for any company wanting to offer support via website. The chatbot and knowledgebase tools are very useful for my services.

The cost of Gist software made it the most valuable provider in comparison to the other vendors.
Whenever I contacted Gist, I received a prompt reply. I receive periodic emails to my issues should the Gist agent be busy or not available, and overall the agent is readily available to answer my questions.
Prior to my switch to Gist's all-in-one platform, I was on the support plan and the agent who attended my email marketing issue assisted me and explained me to why some of my required functionality was not available on my initial plan choice and why I should opt for the all-in-one plan to cater to my requirements best.
