We have used the guided implementation on a couple of our major fundraising projects, and both times, it was an incredible experience. The guided implementation specialist took time to listen to our needs and wants and then walked us through the setup so that we learned how to better use the platform and customize it to our specific needs and wants. The specialist helped us think through potential challenges and then worked to help us navigate those effectively and efficiently. From setup to completion, she held our hand and was a great source of information, encouragement, and communication. It was well worth the price.

We have used personalized training - and it was incredibly helpful. It was especially helpful after a couple of events and I knew exactly what questions I had and challenges I needed help with. But the personalized training I felt has been the best investment to fully utilize GiveSmart. We have not used a remote technician, but have used GOAT Events, and company that knows GiveSmart very well, to staff our large event and that makes a huge difference. I honestly would probably go crazy trying to manage GiveSmart the night of our big event. (We only have one staff person in our organization, so if you have staff people that can be those experts than that would work, but we don't have those people.)

We have benefited from the personalized training and guided implementation. The data transfer process has taken longer than we had hoped, but they are trying to be as thorough and accurate as possible. Our trainer, Lynn Simon, has been instrumental in helping us understand how to use DonorCRM to its fullest capacity. We still need to get training for the Fundraise and Events modules.

We have used the add-on services of their campaign support. Their team does a great job of building out the pages for you so that they look and feel excellent. So, if you are someone who doesn't have time to learn the software and needs someone to do it for you this is a great option for you.

I purchased the $200/hour personalized training prior to using the online silent auction feature for the first time. I wanted to make sure that everything was set-up correctly. Prior to the session, the trainer reviewed what I created and targeted the training to my specific needs - not wasting my time on topics that I had already mastered. We had time left over and she provided additional resources and tips that have helped me use the platform.
