My company started to use Glint for our employee engagement surveys, but when we found out they have a lot of additional add on features/platforms, and after our communications team was happy with using Glint, the HR/L&D teams looked into it for our 360 surveys and exit interview processes.

Glint was also acquired by LinkedIn and our company is a big LI customer as well.
• Support team
• Availability and helpfulness of account reps
• Ease of use for survey recipients
• Backend upload of data for admins
• Simplifying how to pull and use the data from surveys
Glint is a really user friendly and visually appealing platform for survey recipients. They also have a great support team, who are helpful in answering our questions.

Areas where Glint can improve is more on the admin side. If you only need to run your surveys a few times a year (which is what we do with our 360 & employee engagement surveys), it’s not going to be bad at all. For our exit interview process, we run them for every leaver and are running into difficulties with how to streamline how to upload the data in an efficient and non-time consuming way.

I also think data reporting can be better & more user friendly.
• User friendly
• Doesn’t malfunction or glitch
• Has multiple features
• Provided us with a platform to assess employee sentiment so Leadership can collate the feedback and make improvements

We began using Glint in 2020, as a means to a better employee engagement solution for our U.S. organization. Since that time, our Ireland facility has began using them as well for the same. We have launched several pulse surveys in the last year, for feedback of department satisfaction.

We thoroughly enjoyed the process from beginning to end! The Glint team we were assigned made implementation and the kickoff seem very easy! Their planning was stellar and their assistance was very responsive when we needed a little extra guidance in getting our platform running smooth.

Our executive team was interested in soliciting feedback from the company. Our culture was having issues and people didn't feel comfortable speaking up. Glint anonymous surveys were introduced as a potential solution. Individuals were sent "pulse" surveys and could easily fill them out. Then the management team would discuss the results during all hands. It was a great tool to solicit feedback but I was of mixed opinion about the management team's ability to implement change or even discuss the issues transparently.
• Great way to create and send surveys.
• Easy to fill out when expecting 100s of responses.
• Effective at collating response for management teams to review.
• Ability to complete on mobile devices.
• Management coaching to fix discovered problems.
• Individual responses to individual issues.
• Clear explanation of anonymity or who will end up reading the feedback.
Sending out quick "pulse" surveys to any number of employees. Pulling together the responses into a tool for understanding responses. It is great at soliciting feedback but I'm not sure it actually helps management change. I think a great evolution of the business would be to combine change management with survey responses. It is often hard for people to change. Giving them the data is a great first step but it's not the end state.
• Feeling more involved in company decisions.
• Getting feedback to management on critical problems.
• Having a place to vent in anonymity.

Our entire company uses Glint to monitor the pulse of employees. Scores are collected and aggregated across a number of metrics, and reports are distributed containing comparisons within departments as well as across the company, with submitted comments being read by all levels of management. Team leaders present the results to their reports in meeting settings, which allows for open dialogue about the results and how to fix problem areas.
• Pulse surveys are easy to navigate and complete
• Reports are insightful and actionable
• Pulse survey frequency can be calibrated to fit the needs of the company
• The commenting process could be improved--sometimes a survey will skip ahead when you aren't ready to proceed
Glint is well-suited to
• Collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback at a variety of cadences
• Aggregating feedback into insightful reports

Glint is less appropriate for
• Detailed deep-dives into specific feedback areas
• It's been helpful to track score progressions across feedback areas over time; this reinforces to employees that feedback is valued and incorporated.
The only comparable product I've used is Rypple, which I'm not sure still exists. Glint is a superior product in pretty much every way I can remember, from the employee survey experience to the output reports.

We use Glint across the entire organization in all departments. This was a replacement for a more antiquated engagement philosophy and (long) survey we had previously done. We wanted the ability to reduce the number of questions while surveying more frequently so we could better see if our action is showing positive engagement results. Additionally, we wanted to be able to pulse anytime needed in our fast-paced environment to gauge employee needs. We also needed our leaders to have quick and direct access and use Glint and their proven approach to help guide conversations and action. Finally, we are using part of their lifecycle tools to look into both entrance and exit surveys.
• Easy to Use
• End user friendly
• Great technical support team
• Artificial intelligence on comments
• Continual innovation
• Learning features in tandem with action steps
• Contingent/conditional questions
I honestly think Glint could be used for any organization whether small, large, traditional, or progressive. What's great is you really can cater it to what you need, and you have the flexibility to do just that.
• Diversity and inclusion survey/engagement focus.
• Ability to quickly see and act on employee trends.
• No need for other tools/products for other survey types.
We did a more traditional, once a year, easily forgotten tool before and used other survey tools. No consistency with how across these tools and we couldn't tie things back to overall engagement in the way we would have liked. Glint is easy to manage and keeps all of our "pigs in one pen".
The technical support has been on point from implementation through to when we were running on our own with our surveys. It's great to have People Science support but we did find that oftentimes we knew our organization better and should be speaking to leadership about these results instead of PS. It was great to throw lines out to them for trends, especially when it came to Covid, Return to Office, and Diversity.
INCREDIBLY easy for the end-user. The only questions we had were around confidentiality/anonymity. We tried to further address these with other surveys by calling out and explaining how Glint worked. As an admin, it is also quite simple and easy to find answers when you don't have them.
