GoodData Provides Valuable End-User Experience
- Seamlessly incorporate a wide variety of tools in a way that doesn't clutter user experience
- Provides tremendous knowledge and support on various use cases
- Every offering and update is intentional - they're not a software company that makes changes on a whim
- The organization of attributes/facts/metrics is lacking
- Users share saved Insights and the management of those items. Its not intuitive or easy to find Insights unless they were the last ones you worked on
- When viewing the data model, the interface isn't friendly to research. There should be a better way to view connections without endless scrolling

- Firstly I would like to mention about its complex setup, that is quite a task initially.
- Secondly the time as well it took to get initiated was around a month.
- I would like to mention the learning curve in the beginning that took my team some time to cope up and after that everything looks great!

- Firstly I would like to mention about it's setup which took us more than a month to integrate and get things started.

- Some features are hard to find at setup due to it's complexity but later it went well.

- GoodData helps in simplifying complex data into easy-to-understand visuals. We can create personalized dashboards & tailor them as per requirements. This data can be used from an executive level employee to a team lead employee in the business
- GoodData is a very user friendly platform. The collaborative features simplify sharing and discussing reports among team members which promotes a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- GoodData connects with various data sources and consolidate information from multiple platforms. This flexibility proves invaluable for businesses dealing with data spread across different systems as they can access large amount of data on a single platform.
- Good Data is already have certain customizable options. However, having more flexibility in customizing reports and dashboards & control over the visual aspects would enhance the overall user experience.
- To make Good Data even more powerful tool, improving the speed and responsiveness of the tool, especially during data-intensive tasks, would be a significantly helpful.
- For new users, the interface can be made more user friendly which would promote easy navigation through features of tool.

- We faced challenges with GoodData's configuration and setup as well, which made it hard learning.
- There is a room for better data visualization options and more flexibility in customizing reports.

- The newer insight based dashboard method does not have the flexibility classic does

- Excellent JavaScript library and integration
- React integration - it was a bit painful for us that we couldn't use their direct integration since it's not up to date with React 18 (or at least wasn't at the time) and had to use a third party graphic library to display the views
- While their API is very flexible, the way some endpoints' arguments are set up are a little unintuitive and we lost some time to playing around with the API to figure out how to split up data the way we wanted, eg. with stacking
