In my experience, it's been pretty reliable, and I haven't faced many issues with unexpected outages or application errors. It's crucial for our remote operations, and so far, it's been there when we've needed it.

LogMeIn Central by GoTo's availability has been perfect for us over the years. It has never been down when we needed it. To my recollection we have never had issues with the application on end users machines or unplanned outages. When outages were scheduled we were notified in advance and they were generally not during regular business hours.

It certainly has a high uptime from a service standpoint - with very few outages over the years. At times, its desktop application, in particular on macOS, can be buggy and frustrating - frequently crashing and having to be restarted. The Windows application is very stable, though.

The finest remote program I've ever used is definitely LogMeIn. Managing more than 200 remote PCs across multiple corporate locations can be challenging, but LogMeIn makes it easy. You can quickly log machines via subfolders using LogMeIn, and you can even set up installation deployments!

I have used this product at several companies I've worked at and work with it now. I personally have not had any issues with outages which prevent us from remoting in to a device. They also have a Central Support Group which provides information if for some reason issues are happening and folks are unable to initiate remote login.

Availability is top notch. Genrally outages are caused by an internet connection and not the software. Planned maintenance is usually done in the middle of the night on weekends and you given plenty of notice as to when LogMeIn Central by GoTo won't be available. Quick updates install with little to no problems.

It would be a perfect 10 if the Internet is alway 100% available and if the end users computer always had internet access if when malware or randsomeware was installed. We have had times where we had to phyiscally go to the clients office to work on a computer that had physically issues and or software/malware issues that did not allow us to access it remotely.

It has saved us countless times, and we didn't need to get boots on the ground to fix or maintain patches or errors. Being able to solve a number of issues for a central location without having to have a tech travel is invaluable as far as resources and time spent for everyone.
