While the software has been useful, we feel that we can find ways to reduce the cost. We don't use most of the functions and while the costs aren't outrageous there are other options that we can explore to reduce this cost. Additionally, we want to find something that is geared to smaller organizations.

We have been GoTo users for six years now and unless the program has some sort of severe decline in use, we won't change to anything else. I recommend GoTo any chance I get to people looking into VOIP options for their business.

They are knocking it out of the park on all fronts. I love the service and support I am receiving and have no complaints. If they raised their prices substantially I would reconsider but I don't think that will happen anytime soon. They would have to mess up something consistently moving forward to make me want to move.

Still working with GoTo Connectand have been since 2017 I don't see any company yet doing it like Goto Connect 5 stars always! Plus my company is a fan of Got connect from the easy use and never any down time which is necessary. All in one one, one stop shop, Goto Connect has every my business nedds.

We haven’t found a phone system to date that offers all of the functions that GoTo Connect offers for the value of the product. It also doesn’t go over the top with excessive features that would rarely (if ever) be used and I really liked that a lot.

For most companies GoTo Connect is an option that makes sense. We have decided to move on to a more modernized product, however, that is not to understate the benefits of using an all in on system like GoTo Connect. It is scalable for any size workforce and will work for all ages. Easy to understand, easy to use and functions as stated.

I can't imagine a circumstance where it would be necessary to rethink the decision. GoTo has been our vendor of choice for years and they they provide a great service at a fair price with EXCELLENT support. So happy with them - and 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it!'

Honestly, it does all the things you would need a phone system to do, and it does it with pretty good reliability. The only thing that would prevent me from renewing when our contract is up is if we get offered a really good deal from a competitor, but I don't see that happening.

I don't think we would ever consider using something different. We are committed to the excellent service, fair prices, and quality product that GoToConnect offers us. We've recommended GoToConnect to all of the local offices in our field; but their loss is our gain. We have been able to increase productivity, increase clientele, and increase profit margin.
