  • To connect to my office computer remotely has been a game-changer, enabling me to access programs, server-based files, etc. from my laptop anywhere.
  • We do not work-from-home typically; but on rare occasion that an illness, recovery from surgery or other circumstances keep us away from the office, GoTo Connect keeps us connected to the office in every way.
  • GoTo Connect allows us to better manage software utilization and installation - as there is no need to install my office-based software on my laptop - my office software effectively travels with me anywhere I take my laptop.

  • Before switching to GoTo Connect, our business was juggling a complex mix of communication tools. Now we got rid of several redundant subscriptions, resulting in a 20% reduction in our communication software costs.
  • It's very easy to set up and manage, even for non-technical users.
  • It allows us to work from anywhere and was especially beneficial during the pandemic, as it has allowed us to continue working without any major disruption.

  • Cheaper than a traditional VOIP POE phone system for office buildings.
  • Since it is scalable, we have been able to reduce hardware and licensing costs as we moved to a smaller facility and employee roles changes.
  • Their pricing model is somewhat archaic I believe and is based on traditional office phone systems. If they don't get more competitive on line charges we may eventually look elsewhere
