  • Not a lot of other companies utilize GoTo Meeting, so when I have to schedule a meeting with them, I obviously use the program that my company pays for (GoTo Meeting). By doing that, the other company has to download the software and a lot of times other people aren't technically savvy to make it work. So the less interaction with the user the better. There are far better programs that companies utilize that are a lot more intuitive. OR other people are just more comfortable with other programs. I think it's a little of both, but mostly the former.
