GoTo Meeting - Simplicity meets your requirements.
As a wireless sw engineer, we work with customers on a daily basis. This includes joining an online meeting with customers all over the world. Go to the meeting is our "goto" application for online meetings. We work on the customer networks by taking access and resolving their issues.
- Audio.
- Ease of use.
- Works better even on low bandwidth.
- UI can be improved.
- Video can be with low clarity at times.
- Control request is buggy once every 1000 times.

GoTo Meeting - Best Video Conferencing There Is
We use GoTo Meeting for our web conferencing needs with clients. In this virtual world, sometimes it is nice to take things a step further than a phone call - this is a platform that allows you to video conference anyone, anywhere, similar to Zoom. The difference between this product and Zoom is that your user / recipient doesn't have to download this program in order to connect with you.

Impressive with few minor issues
We use GoTo Meeting for attending meetings online and also for the monthly conference meetings. We have a scheduled monthly scoop every month which connects each and every company employee and let us know the company growth, innovations, financial stability of the company, new policies, etc. In our monthly scoop, employees from India, UK, US, Canada, etc. join us, and GoTo Meeting helps us in reliable meetings without any disruption or connection drops. Before this, we were using Zoom, which was not good, so we are happy to use GoTo Meeting as it's very easy to use and efficient
- Setting monthly conference meetings on go to meeting made our life easier.
- We can create meeting and share the link to clients who are not part of our company made easier by using GoTo Meeting.
- Video feature in the meeting helped us in building relationships within our company.
- We can get feedback after the meeting completes and it's a good thing which helps our Management to look and try to improve wherever possible.
- Sometimes audio is a concern and mic doesn't work at sometimes
- Noise cancellation should be there to help

GoToSolution, once upon a time.
We used GoToMeeting to conduct virtual meetings, using both the audio conference bridge only as well as video when required. We also used it to provide remote IT support in one-one setting.

Our office began using GoTo Meeting in 2020 during the pandemic as a way to conduct meetings remotely to help plan and discuss our reopening strategies. We've continued using it since, as we brought in new practice management software, and GoTo integrated with that. Now we are able to have our normal staff meetings remotely, allowing more freedom and flexibility in our staff's work schedule!

Easy-to-use video conferencing platform
My organization uses this meeting platform as a back-up to our primary meeting platform, which is Zoom. We found that there is a constituent base that we work with who is not as tech-savvy, and GoToMeeting is pretty simple for them to figure out. It is not an everyday use but it does help to have as an option.

User-friendly, easy to use, does what it advertises!
GoTo Meeting is our main form of communication when we need to talk face-to-face with just one other person, all the way to big groups. We've found that we enjoy it more than alternatives such as Google Meet or Skype. We like the features available on GoTo Meeting and the easy user interface.
- The platform ensures high-quality audio and video transmission, minimizing disruptions and ensuring clear communication.
- Participants can share their screens, making it easy to present documents, slideshows, or any other content.

After the security breach last year, I feel that I find it very hard to trust any products from this company. I was also a LastPass user and have since stopped using that software as well because of my experience. I feel like just thinking about these products gives me anxiety. I feel like I will always wonder what information of mine has leaked. Hopefully, I did not lose any important information from the recent security breaches. I would definitely like to warn anyone who even thinks about using their products that my experience is a possibility. Despite my experience, I assume the recent security breaches have taught them a lesson and their security model is much better now.
If security was not a factor, I think GoTo Meeting and its other products are great. I like the user interface better than Webex and call quality is generally pretty good. Zoom call quality does seem a bit better though by comparison. It just seriously bothers me that their security was so lax considering what happened in my experience, especially when they own a password security product. However, without taking security into account, I thought the products were great. I used GoTo Meeting because I had such a great experience with LastPass and GoTo My PC. The usability of all their products is also great. I am saddened that my experience has tarnished their reputation for me now. I would normally be a champion for this company, but not after my experience with them.

Reliable video conferencing
GoTo Meeting is a reliable video conferencing platform. I have used it for smaller meetings and also larger whole training sessions. There are a lot of new, less expensive options that seem to be popping up daily. While we use many different platforms, GoTo Meeting is a feature-packed and, most importantly, reliable and tested system.

Loving GoTo Meeting and here is why
We use GoTo Meeting as a key communication tool. A number of our clients, contacts and vendors only use this medium for visual communication. Having a secure, trusted video connection, especially with the sensitive nature of our work, means they are not wrapped up in a concern. I love it is fast and always dependable. When using it we have never had any glitches, downtime or issues connecting. It is a marvelous piece of critical tech.
- Audio handling is super
- We like the easy nav, especially for things like sharing screens and doing presentations
- The quality of the recordings has lots of value; I can send them to a client or my team for reference or catchup
- Does not fully match the functionality of Zoom.
- I know it is a quality product and service, still the price is just a little high.
- The speed and quality level of the connection is a challenge, with some clients working with more basic connections.

It has potential
We use it for internal messaging & calls, as well as for calling & texting clients, and having small meetings on occasion. It was supposed to have resolved our issue of using multiple programs for these functions, was supposed to be a good working app on any computer or smart phone, and to help track data.
- In theory, great convenience in texting & calling through computer or phone w/ an assigned phone # that differs from our personal cell #
- Again it's intention is 'one stop shopping' for our internal & external communications
- This plus another program we use aid in tracking data
- GoTo has glitches more frequently than any other program we have used
- It often does not send text messages, or sends per the computer program but not on the phone
- It drops calls so often I have actually started just calling clients from my personal cell which is far from ideal
It is primarily used for remote access in technical support situations.

- It must be easy, easy, easy for the end user. Always look for improvement opportunities.

In general, GoTo Meeting is a communication platform that is used entirely within the organization to help us address our communication needs specifically online communication which includes online chatting, online meetings, online events, online presentations and file sharing. With GoTo Meeting is use, we have been able to communicate very smoothly from our devices in workstations or even from remote locations. Hosting virtual meetings with clients is now easy, safe and very economical for us.
- The meeting recording and saving feature allows one to keep a record of the discussions held during meetings for referencing.
- Presenter tools like drawing tools and screen sharing makes presentations easy.
- It is flexible and allows customization on the background to match what you want.
- Support multiple devices making it possible to use it from anywhere provided you have internet connection.
- Offers detailed meeting reports which help examine meeting performance as well helping in diagnosis and troubleshooting for issues in meetings.
- Video quality is adversely affected by poor internet connection thus calling for a good, stable and strong connection.
- The quality of the device you use affects the quality of the audio and video where pictures can be blurry and audio can keep breaking.
GoTo Meeting has been our aid in facilitating virtual meetings anytime we have such meetings either with our clients, stakeholders, customers or even internally for team meetings. It is used entirely in the organization across all departments giving us a central platform for virtual meetings. The tool over all is good if the attendees are fewer in number, but if there are more then 10 people it gets a bit difficult to handle the meeting as the host has to give permission every single time a participant wants to share the screen

ENDLESS WAYS TO STAY CONNECTED.
GoTo Meeting is a simple and secure cloud phone system that allows flexible work through meetings and integrated messaging, I really like this tool because it provides easy settings to quickly understand all call referrals, I also love that I It works wherever you go seamlessly on your computer or mobile device, allowing you to always stay in touch with face-to-face communication that stays intact throughout the connection.

Easy to use, reliable and fairly cheap video conferencing!
We have used GoToMeeting for district-wide meetings and used it during the pandemic as well. It helped us get together and exchange ideas without having to be physically together. We have used Zoom as well, but GoToMeeting is easier to use. We don't typically use it to conference with students or parents, but when we have used it for that purpose, it has worked well.

- Mobile app is a little slow.
- The software of the app has to be downloaded before someone can join a meeting. This makes it a bit time-consuming for new users.
- 100 maximum participants during the trial period. This doesn't allow you to get a full picture of the software's capabilities before subscribing.

GoTo is your one-stop shop for phone and video needs
We use GoTo Meeting to host all our virtual meetings and webinars. It's worked out great so far. I know that we also use it for our VOIP system because the GoTo app is really handy for getting work phone calls and voicemails from my personal cell phone. This is extremely helpful when I am out of the office but still want to be available.

A convenient way to join meetings
I use it to join commercial meetings from partners and software editors. This software allows us to visualise power point, webcams and chat with the others participants. It's incredibly easy to use and very responsive. I like the way to connect to the meeting. Just a link...

Easy conferencing tool
GoTo is regularly used for client facing meetings. The ability to record, whiteboard, and pass control make it very easy to support our client with their software implementations. The interface is clean and easy to use and understand.

A really good replacement for Zoom.
GoTo Meeting was recently started to be used in my company. Earlier, we were using Zoom for video conferencing. It has the same features as Zoom, and my experience has been easy to move to it.

- End to end encryption should be there.

Good too with a decent set of features at a reasonable price.
We used the tool to host meetings with potential vendors for a project that we're working on internally; we used the tool as we needed something that was able to cover everyone, we found that certain companies had biases towards certain software, and since the project was about being software agnostic, we choose something off the typical path.

- Cleaning up guides for integration.
We were drawn to use GoTo Meeting when we needed a VOIP service in that we could transfer calls between locations in different states, and we weren't able to do that with our respective phone provider. GoTo was an option that came with VOIP service that came highly recommended and was a cost-effective solution. It was feature rich and allowed us to use an app on our phones in order to make phone/video calls while on the go without being tethered to an office.

- Support was outstanding over the phone and through email.
- Video quality wasn't on par with other platforms.
