A great meeting tool
Main requirement was to have end to end encrypted connect solution which is complaint to information security and can handle large scale meetings without lags and disconnect. Also, the user interface is easy and does not involve toggling through various options which can confusing for new users. It does not have a complex setup and I don't it fetches lots of machine resources as well

A GoTo for support and meetings!!
We typically use the GoTo Meeting product to host web sessions with our clients. Whether it's for sales and marketing calls/meetings, or for connecting with a customer for a support issue or an implementation - GoTo Meeting is one of several GoTo products we've kept in use at our organization for many years.
- Easily allows users to create and host meetings
- Easy to share screens/content amongst the various participants
- Intuitive design makes remote control and helping customers a breeze
- Needs a file transfer capability that is found in other products, such as GoTo Assist
- Suggest having a step by step visual for the participant logging in, such as found with GoTo Resolve
- It's not a standout application among the GoTo product line - many of this product's features are also found out of the box with GoTo Connect

GoTo Meeting is a decent virtual meeting solution
We use GoTo Meeting for meeting with clients and partner groups. It can be a little bit spotty at times. It's a decent product overall but not my favorite virtual meeting service.

Like Zoom, BlueJeans, and Skype for Business, GoTo Meeting allows users to seamlessly connect with clients and customers to present ideas, projects, timelines, solutions, contracts, and much more. Our organization uses it to securely stay connected with valuable business partners so that we can stay closely connected to their needs and our solutions handling of their needs.

The easiest platform to use for web conferences
Since the start of COVID, my firm has had a work-from-home policy, and one of the most important solutions in this setting is GoTo Meeting. When working from home, it makes reliable communication possible regardless of distance. Through video meetings, we can see each other in person on both stationary devices like computers and portable ones like laptops and mobile phones. GoTo Meeting is a great tool for carrying out everyday activities because it allows us to collaborate and keep in sync through screen sharing and whiteboarding. Instant messaging is supported by GoTo Meeting, which helps when meetings aren't necessary for urgent communication needs.
- Using GoToMeeting is a cinch, which is perhaps its greatest feature. Meeting rooms are another fantastic feature of this product, as they make scheduling meetings quite simple and trustworthy.
- Collaboration and effective communication are facilitated by the ability to share one's screen with other participants.
- The UI has superior aesthetics and is easy to use.
- There appears to be a problem between using the app and having the meeting online. I frequently have to tell clients to quit everything and begin anew.
- The program will occasionally freeze. I've tried a lot of meeting software, and GTM isn't any worse than the others in this regard. So kindly please resolve this issue.
- When there are bigger groups, the chat window is becoming a little Unresponsive.

Decent Virtual Conferencing solution for your business.
We are using it to have virtual meeting with our customers, employees, vendors etc. It enabled us to have virtual meeting anytime and anywhere. Instead of visiting customer or vendor office we able to attended or create meetings from our own office. It helped us very much to save our time and resources. It has helped us very much at the time of lockdown specially when all users were working from home. It is one of the best team collaboration tool also.

Great tool for conferencing and meetings
Rooms and meetings were simple to set up and operate, allowing for efficient long-term conversations. We could share files in the room and our screens with anyone to meet any other needs for which communication was insufficient. Because we can use the smartphone app to send text messages while in the room, we also use it as one of our main means of communication. The mobile support is really helpful in sharing files within our team's room. In order to catch up on what they missed and keep informed, someone who is unable to attend the meeting might arrange for an automatic recording to begin and terminate throughout the session.
- When it comes to conference calling, it is rather helpful. And anyone can use it easily enough.
- The audio and video are of excellent quality and are helpful for significant gatherings.

- What I dislike about the software is that there are no built-in guidelines to assist configure it the way you want.

GoTo Meeting actually makes our team want to go to meetings!

Amazing meeting app ever used
Goto meeting help us to connect with each other remotely. It has easy features and specifications. Goto meeting has user friendly interface which make it more attractive and simple. We tried other tools like zoom and Google Meet and some other but these were not good as compare to the goto meeting.

GoTo Meeting
Mainly used for virtual meetings where assignments are dealt with by peers and teachers. GoTo Meeting has been very good in administering online meetings and we have benefited from this especially since covid. GoTo Meeting helps us keep in touch with our teachers to fulfill assignments and teach us to maintain our quota for the year.

Fantastic Software for Organizing Online Meetings
This technology has made it possible to keep effective and organized communication within the company. It has been able to securely share privacy documents which only people in our organization have access to which limits access for external users resulting in greater security and trust. Creating groups makes it east to communicate across teams and sub-teams from different departments which is the the best and most helpful feature of this tool. The possibility to arrange meeting with clients who are in remote locations as and when we need to speak to them is another feature which has been quite helpful to our organization.

Wonderful GoTo!
We used it to setup meetings with consultants. In the earlier implementation of our Microsoft Teams we could not share meetings with consultants so the organization went in for GoTo Meeting. This allowed for meeting setup with the third-party vendors that we needed in resolving issues as well, as it has the sharing screen feature.

- I would like to see multiple users able to work on same machine during screen sharing. In my experience, during screen sharing, you cannot control your machine while the other person has control. It will be a great feature to allow multiple users control the machine at the same time.

GoToMeeting Review
I have used GoToMeeting in past with clients and training specialists for myself with various virtual training sessions. I have used it to go over job progress with clients and sharing each other's screens to go over changes that need to be made on a job. I have used it for virtual training in learning new software as well as teaching others within my office during the pandemic. We found it very easy to use.

GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting was used to facilitate virtual meetings and recordings. Having a virtual workforce, it enabled connectivity amongst the teams in all locations. Many times meeting recordings were necessary for those who could not attend and or for reference purposes. GoToMeeting facilitated all of these use cases and enabled a remote workforce to work without impact.

GoTo Meeting
We use GoTo Meeting to conduct team meetings as well as company-wide benefit and town hall-type webinars. This product allows us to address all employees at multiple work sites at one time, eliminating transportation costs and scheduling difficulties. It is an easy way to present data and important information to all employees, again at one time, with little disruption to the daily flow of work.

a great product from a trusted vendor. A+
we used gotomeeting specifically for team meetings and candidate interviews as one of our options for hosting meetings in an accessible, platform-agnostic setting while also allowing screen sharing. Was not used day-to-day, but still rather frequently.

GoTo Meeting is a good, reliable product that will save you money if you use zoom and likely offer greater security!
We use GoTo for videoconferences, both internally and with outside partners. We were looking for an option that costs less than Zoom and has less of a security concern. We have used it off and on for a year and are generally happy with the interface and functionality. It is easy to use and works well. Still prefer Zoom, though.

Want a simple online meeting? Then GoTo Meeting.
GoTo Meeting is one of our online meeting tools/solutions, next to some other default ones, like Webex or MS Teams. Every user has it installed by default, and it's useable to organize online meetings with other colleagues or external parties. The scope of using it is to have more than 1 or 2 solutions/technologies for online meetings.

Great tool but has it's disavantages!
It is a useful and versatile tool for videoconference.
The interface and UI are easy and simple to use, with very little direction at first glance. Our team uses it to stay connected throughout our organization. Many of us are remote some days so it's easy to stay in the loop.

Moved from Microsoft Teams and Haven't Looked Back!
We use GoTo Meeting to meet with clients to review monthly results of our marketing efforts on their behalf. We also use GoTo Meeting to meet with vendors for regular status updates on the work they're performing for us. We it when prospecting, meeting virtually with prospective clients and their teams which are more frequently now located in multiple remote locations. We like using it as well when we do 1:1 training sessions for the digital marketing training courses we offer, and for getting prospective Ohio students set up for the Ohio TechCred program so they can get full reimbursement for the training. The state website is difficult to navigate, and the students really appreciate the ability to do a screenshare with us so they're certain they've gotten set up properly for the state grant program.

Excellent Collaboration and Productivity Application.
Although we use Microsoft Teams and Zoom more, we still have had a need to use GoTo Meeting in certain circumstances for those clients that use it as their de facto standard. We've used it for Meetings and found the videoconferencing element to be very useful. Audio and Video performance are generally very good with little distortion, interference, latency or lag ever experienced. The application is simple to operate and extremely user friendly. The intuitive setup enables users quickly to get used to the many useful features. For collaboration and sharing data it has proven to be comparable with Teams.

- Strong in areas of Collaboration and Presentations/Webinars.
- Security needs to be enhanced (Encryption can be an issue and also controls around authentication and authorization).
- User Interface issues (small fonts, small screens, small chatbox, unrecognizable users, etc.) can cause problems. Also, it can be awkward to use some functions like mute, swapping presenters, etc.
- Costs are higher than competitors and is the main reason it is not our standard.

GoTo Meeting is a great videoconferencing software and helps connect us with all of our internal and external parties when in-person meetings aren't possible. Some parties don't support Zoom Meeting/Cisco WebEx, etc., so we have GoTo Meeting on hand to use in those instances.

GoTo Meet - It Meets your expectations
We utilized GoTo Meeting for Video Conferencing, and I specifically used it for my sales calls and demonstrations for outbound sales processes. It was a useful tool to help meet our prospects and help convey our solutions to them. Screen-sharing functionality was solid, and the UI was easy to use.

Best communication tool.
Daily meetings with the clients, with respect to having on-call presentations in terms of documents, and PPTs. Earlier the connectivity was not proper, and also limited access control to the admin, but this tool overcame this problem more efficiently and worked in a good manner. Easy to set up and use.
