We used GoTo Meeting for collaborating within the team of our company as well as with the client. The tool over all is good if the attendees are fewer in number, but if there are more then 10 people it gets a bit difficult to handle the meeting as the host has to give permission every single time a participant wants to share the screen

Easy to use, reliable and fairly cheap video conferencing!
We have used GoToMeeting for district-wide meetings and used it during the pandemic as well. It helped us get together and exchange ideas without having to be physically together. We have used Zoom as well, but GoToMeeting is easier to use. We don't typically use it to conference with students or parents, but when we have used it for that purpose, it has worked well.
- Simplicity of use
- Sharing slides and other content during calls
- You can record meetings not matter the length
- Mobile app is a little slow.
- The software of the app has to be downloaded before someone can join a meeting. This makes it a bit time-consuming for new users.
- 100 maximum participants during the trial period. This doesn't allow you to get a full picture of the software's capabilities before subscribing.

GoTo is your one-stop shop for phone and video needs
We use GoTo Meeting to host all our virtual meetings and webinars. It's worked out great so far. I know that we also use it for our VOIP system because the GoTo app is really handy for getting work phone calls and voicemails from my personal cell phone. This is extremely helpful when I am out of the office but still want to be available.

A convenient way to join meetings
I use it to join commercial meetings from partners and software editors. This software allows us to visualise power point, webcams and chat with the others participants. It's incredibly easy to use and very responsive. I like the way to connect to the meeting. Just a link...

A really good replacement for Zoom.
GoTo Meeting was recently started to be used in my company. Earlier, we were using Zoom for video conferencing. It has the same features as Zoom, and my experience has been easy to move to it.

Good too with a decent set of features at a reasonable price.
We used the tool to host meetings with potential vendors for a project that we're working on internally; we used the tool as we needed something that was able to cover everyone, we found that certain companies had biases towards certain software, and since the project was about being software agnostic, we choose something off the typical path.

We were drawn to use GoTo Meeting when we needed a VOIP service in that we could transfer calls between locations in different states, and we weren't able to do that with our respective phone provider. GoTo was an option that came with VOIP service that came highly recommended and was a cost-effective solution. It was feature rich and allowed us to use an app on our phones in order to make phone/video calls while on the go without being tethered to an office.

Quick to use platform that works for distributed teams.
GoTo Meeting is a good way to get users and meeting attendees on a meeting that is accessible and quick to set up. It is also very good at recording meetings - especially if they are needed to be used for training or for further discussion.

I use it to meet with other businesses and departments, including City Officials. It is also sometimes used for training and lunch and learns. It is used for scheduled meetings where screen sharing is a necessary component. It is also useful for meetings due to the ability to link a webcam for video conferencing.

GoTo Meeting can be a great tool.
We primarily use GoTo Meeting for support, training, and product demonstrations. We use GoTo Meeting to view our customers screen to figure out issues and to help them navigate and we show our screen doing software training and demos. The program works well doing demos but has been a challenge for customer to show their screen.

Go to rock n roll with GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting has been an asset lately especially when we have to work in a remote environment wherein internal coordination and team management has been a challenge. Not only Team coordination, GoTo Meeting has helped us with communicating with our customers for Pre and Post Sales Processes. GoTo Meeting lets you share your selected screen instantly to any device with a browser/application. It's mostly used in our organization on Windows and Mac Machine and since its inception, it is always a pleasure using the application. The Product is definitely recommended for its wide variety of tools and subsequent reasons.

- When it comes to security and reliability, there is no doubt about it. GoTo Meeting honors full control over the equipment of the connected participants in the shared meeting which is liked mostly by our team.
- The Product is scalable with lot's of features and potentials, it will be a good package for big enterprises.
- Firstly, the user experience can be improved with moving down complexity in the product.
- I am not a fan for a product which needs you to be a tech savy, UI is good but UX still needs to be improved.
- Pricing is a factor, but since how the product is evolving it is understandable
- Application should have a lighter version

Best & Awesome Meeting Software
One of the best meeting apps I have ever used. Our team has continuously used this for years as it helps us to arrange a meeting, schedule meetings, chat during meeting times, take feedback from participants, and many more. Kind of unlimited participants joining facility they are giving us. As a user, we're very much happy to use this as our regular online meeting software. As I said, solving problems like regular online meetings and other online activities like taking feedback, interviews, and many more. We have different meeting scheduling facilities by using GoTo Meeting apps so that we can early give a soft reminder to our members about meetings. It's a huge opportunity for organizations like us to easily set up all online meetings.

Good for Connecting Collegues
GoTo Meeting has been a useful resource for gathering colleagues in conversation about issues that need a team approach when we aren't able to be together in person.
- GoTo Meeting provides an interface that allows colleagues to connect when distant from each other.
- Virtual conferencing helps colleagues to engage in conversation and address issues beyond the office.
- Sharing the screen during meetings allows colleagues and presenters to display images, graphics, and projects with ease.
- Content sharing allows my team to share creative content among eachother.
- GoTo Meeting could be more user-friendly for those of us that aren't in the corporate world. I have found that non-techy people are confused by the program.
- I have used it both on my PC and Ipad. GoTo Meeting is much easier to use on my PC which is frustrating because my Ipad is more portable.

Data Engineer's Review
This GoTo Meeting helped in connecting all clients all around the world with you any latency in communication. We later used to schedule meetings with guests and other hosts to fix our business and technical problems. Dashboarding Problems are mostly cleared using this application. Most of the technical issues were cleared with video meets and screen share features.

Great for Remote Teams
The best part about GoTo Meeting is that it is very compact. While other software are very large in size, GoTo Meeting is small and provides almost all the features that are needed for an online session. The app is easy to use and does not give any connectivity issues most of the time. One other best thing is the customer service provided by GoTo meeting.

Functional and Fairly Efficient
We've used GoTo Meeting with several partner organizations as it's the platform they prefer. I've also had experience using it with my volunteer committee position with our town government, as it was the platform they selected early in the pandemic. The software allows us to meet when in-person meetings aren't practical, or in the case of the pandemic, allowed.

- Clunky compared to similar software, it doesn't seem to have as much finesse
- Less flexibility in setting up the screen and viewing all participants
- Some people have more trouble connecting audio and video on this platform than on other ones.

Great Product for Remote Teams
We use GoTo Meeting to host webinars, and training internally. We typically have over 100 people joining the meetings so GoTo Meeting has been essential in making it easy for us all to connect, learn, record and share after. So many features including screen share, changing presenters, number of attendees, and more have helped us streamline our company education.
- It allows users to have full control over the equipment of a participant so we can change presenters, and have multiple people on a panel at one time.
- You can share documents in real time so we can distribute the material needed for the training during the meeting.
- It permits large meetings and allows us to connect our team all over the world.
- For the most part, joining a meeting with GoTo Meeting is a painless process. If you have the app already, then just click on a shared link and you’re good to go. There are times when the connection doesn’t happen, however, and the reasons may be unknown. A simple glitch in the routing process to connect to the meeting can be enough to disrupt the entire process.
- High costs for the premium features to get the most out of GoTo Meeting. There should be a better offering of plans for small, and startup businesses.
When the pandemic hit, we had two needs: continue the education of our students, and collaborate on the paths we were going to take given the closures. While Zoom was the best fit for the student aspect, GoTo Meeting gave us more flexibility on the teacher/administration side. The meetings themselves were focused on internal activities with the school. For one, we needed to have spur of the moment discussions on what policies to enact when we returned. We had Zooms for the classrooms, but having our own platform made it easier to log in without the confusion of multiple accounts. It really became the backend virtual meeting tool for us!

First time around I came across GoTo Meeting, it was for a meeting organised by someone else and I joined with absolute ease and didn't even think about it, I think that's one of the most important features that stick with me - all these apps should be a no-brainer as per their nature in my opinion. I used this especially to solve quick issues or non-regular meetings where a client or partner would not want to deal much with more complicated sign-in tools and instead just click and start.
- It is quite easy to connect and start with anyone inside or outside organisation.
- It offers a fast connection that I didn't experience a bad drop, etc.
- It seems to be more secure than some competitor apps.
- I would love to see a free version even if it's basic features, etc. so more people can get started easily.
- It could offer more functions for the paid plans such as file sharing.
- Unfortunately, some of my colleagues and me having a bad internet connection affects the calls easily - maybe there could be an improved way that may enable quality not being too much dependent on internet speed - sounds like a long shot, sorry.

Quick and efficient
It connects the company in numerous project meetings. We tend to use it weekly to discuss project timelines and deadlines. It’s quick and easy whenever we use it even when presenting with PowerPoint or excel.

We use GoTo Meeting to perform demos as well as troubleshoot problems a client may encounter. We typically record meetings to use as a reference and also to make sure we are attending to the problem that was brought out during the meeting. We also use GoTo Meeting to record changes in a training center instead of using another screen-capturing software.
