GoTo Meeting - Best Video Conferencing There Is
- Zoom
This differs from Zoom because you are not locked into downloading this software - your customers can click your meeting link and join (or dial in) without having to add another program to their computer. It's just much easier for your customer and client base.

Impressive with few minor issues
- Cisco Webex Board Series, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
GoTo Meeting suited our needs more compared to other applications in cost wise and feature wise. But currently we are using Teams more as it easily integrates with all our Microsoft applications like Outlook, Calendar, etc.

GoToSolution, once upon a time.

Our cost for Zoom was lower than GoToMeeting. The free tier of Zoom for 40 minute meetings is sufficient for most of our meetings.
MS Teams was included as part of our M365 subscription and integrates with all our other Office apps.

Zoom is more user-friendly, but not as robust in usage as GoTo Meetings is. Zoom also has better uptime, and can be cheaper, but the tools that GoTo offers can fit any needs an office has, making it a much more attractive piece of software that can fulfill most if not all needs, with a little extra training.

Easy-to-use video conferencing platform

I personally prefer Zoom because it feels cleaner and is more universally known and used across my organization as well as externally. GoToMeeting is the preferred platform by a number of external constituents I work with, so I am grateful that I am able to seamlessly access and use it in order to conduct that business effectively.

User-friendly, easy to use, does what it advertises!

- Zoom and Webex App
GoTo Meeting does not offer end-to-end encryption as Zoom does. However, meeting experiences are all comparable among GoTo Meeting, Zoom, and Webex. GoTo Meeting is probably the least expensive of all these products. The screen-sharing experience is also about equal between each product. In my opinion, it comes down to security. Zoom had issues with encryption in the past, but they were honest about it and fixed it. In my experience, I felt like GoTo Meeting hid their issues only to be breached again.

Reliable video conferencing
- Google Meet, Zoom and Skype
All of these options are all very similar to GoTo Meeting. They all work very well for enterprise-size applications to fill different needs such as 2-person calls, training sessions or larger-scale webinars. When coordinating a meeting with multiple speakers, we would usually ask other speakers if they have a preference. This way, they are familiar with the interface.

I did not select it. It's potential capability has them all beat honestly, but the reliability needs to improve a lot before I would rec. it

For whatever reason a lot of people are more comfortable with Zoom. I've not heard good things in general about the overall direction (leadership, security, etc.) about GoTo in general.

It is excellent. It has also introduced a recording option. Very user-friendly. Google Meet is very easy to use and doesn't require any special setup. All you need is a Google account, and you can start a meeting with just a few clicks. With Google Meet, you can share your screen with other participants, making it easy to present slides, documents, or anything else you want to share. Google Meet allows you to use virtual backgrounds, which can be helpful if you don't want to show your real background during a meeting.

select GoTo Meeting because I really like this software because it allows me to turn any room into a smart meeting space with ease of use and configuration with integrations that provide reliability, I love that it offers a visually pleasing interface and flexible features adapting to everything with confidence.

Easy to use, reliable and fairly cheap video conferencing!
- Zoom
GoTo Meeting is more affordable than Zoom and seems more reliable and easy to use, especially for novices. Zoom has become very widespread, and our employer has pushed for us to use it more, but many of us continue to use GoTo Meeting due to the easy interface and familiarity.

Good too with a decent set of features at a reasonable price.
It works well; it has a nice feature list and good quality; the reason we chose the tool was that it was out of the normal rotation of the tool.

We made the eventual switch from GoTo to Zoom for three reasons: there was some missing functionality when it came to setting up a localized call center, the video quality was better over zoom, and call recording wasn't up to par if we wanted to go back and audit calls with search functionality.

Quick to use platform that works for distributed teams.
GoToMeeting is as good as any of the other platforms. I liked it because it allowed us to quickly start meetings with team members who may not have been using Microsoft Suite or any Microsoft software.
